Well we have just been told that the JV is well and truly Alive and in commercial talks are now taking place.
What's not to be optimistic about regrading that.

That a JV is going to happen and soon.
JV partner have done their DD and now it's a matter of agreeing a deal that both parties are happy with and sign off.

We asked for an update on JV and Art has given us one - has told us that the large o company has liked what they have seen and ALL concerned have gained more valuable I nformation of which they found to be positive.
Now it's just a matter of agreeing on the commercial terms and signing off the deal.
I feel much more confident in my investment here now I know that the JV is going to happen.
Its all coming together now .
