Leew you can hold my hand if you want - the thing is leewn since the last update we have learned that the Art would like to consolidate by up to 1000:1. . In effect this then gives headroom for massive dilution.

So as a concerned shareholders I am wanting to know if JV is still alive or I'd not then will Art be going down the dilution route raising funds via placings etc.

So no it's not just a case of wanting another update - there are new reasons to give update imo.

Why can't the bod update that the JV is still ongoing as previously reported or not as the case maybe.

How long does it take to discuss commercial terms?

The bod should be increasing the SP by delivering good news via Rns's not artificially having higher sp through ( up to) 1000:1 consolidation.

To be fair they are not all troll - some people have lost a packet here and they / we have every right to voice our frustrations at the bod - until the situation ( sp) has been rectified.

Wish this seller would f off - I think the sp will jump up fast then - - could be they are filling a large buy order at a set price - then will bang up after that - I had a bit of a top up earlier and took multiple attempts to get a quote. Got some at 550 eventually.

Let's hope we are next to do 200 % rise like cbx has done today.

You may be OK with being 75 % down while the BOD award themselves massive pay rise but most peeps are discusted by it imo
