I think 1000:1 consolidation will happen soon after if passed.

Hope I am wrong but if so I have released some funds from elsewhere and I will be adding at some point after consolidation if it happens.

I think alot of the new money would take 25p as that's 500% up from here, not sure about the longer holders - I would was at least 50p - 100p.

This could be why Art wants 1000:1 consolidation so as he can raise via placings and still keep the sp around the 100p level so can join USA market.

Not the end of the world if Art is going alone as even a JV is in effect a dilution - all depends how much funds is needed and at what price.

Also obviously would take much longer to develop if going alone - but I guess the bod don't mind that - not on their wages.

I see no reason why the name of the JV partner cannot be released now as apparently they have done there dd and now in final stage of commercial negotiations - I think the name should be released - lets hope it's not tooth fairy oil.
