Invest4 - yes this is very odd indeed, why put forward as no intention of doing it - maybe he is back tracking as realises it would be crazy to do 1000:1 or could be he realises shareholders dont want it.

But why did he not change it and request say a 100:1 consolidation or less I wonder?

Why can't Art say this in RNS rather than a letter to one shareholders.

Might be Art will explain next week when he does the consolidation - I don't see him hanging it before the big consolidation so could be next week.

Personally i only voted no to the 1000:1 consolidation.

If it has to be I don't mind 20 - 40 consolidate but not 1000.

O come on this IS A TURD - no doubt about it - I am qualified to say that as my original investment is 80 % down. Anf no fault of my own - except I invested on false hope.

I think you will all agree ( JV aside) it's all about getting production numbers up - when we see good numbers we will rerate - until then we will not move up - you could say we are fo. ooooked until then.

You say he wouldn't except 6p - but if I was him and a large oil company wanted to but for 6p and also offer me a top job within the company on same pay or more + big bonuses then I would have to seriously think about it.

Metric is no good news is being reported, production not good enough, no jv any time soon, no RBL, 1000:1 consolidation, probable placings ahead as in the next few months as non profitable and no JV signed off. Massive pay rises for the BOD.

So where is the disconnect regarding sp.

Who would want to invest in this atm.

Absolutely awful. Can't they ever give out any info that actually makes the sp go up.

It's being held as obviously there is a seller offloading but we have a large buyer accumalating - maybe buyer will only pay under 5p. Let's hope the seller knows nothing and the buyer knows lots.

I notice that we still have that 300k buyer - same as last week - let's hope it's someone in the know.

I think if the 1000:1 consolidation is voted out it will be a big blue day here tomorrow - so could be a good time to add shares today.
