But I tend to agree with stas - how on earth can you create a "free ride" just by averaging down, yes you create a lower average certainly - but not a free ride - the sp would have to gone up at some point and involve a certain amount of trading ( at a profit not loss lol) to to able to have a free ride.

If - sorry when we have JV Partner they will work with copl for circa 12 months and if every thing is going good with lots of oil being pumped then they will buy out Copl - lock, stock and a billion barrels. - that's how I see it playing out.
