I am not sure about the thinking that Anavio have reduced as regarding JVP - as I assume that the JVP will be taking a % of the asset / assets and not in Copl itself - so who owns what % of Copl should be of no particular issue for JVP.

( unless they are concerned regarding voting / takeover)
