How can Matrixyl cling onto market share, going forward.?

Why do I think this is a blockbuster.

1/ Croda have nothing in the market to replace dirty , man made , Matrixyl.

They need SBTX

Croda will be taken over if they don’t get serious growth from new and protected products.

The Lysate is better than Matrixyl ( if it was not , it would not get to market )

Lysate is cheap to produce.

SBTX can now use the Lysate for other uses.

Deal is done

Meet up end of the month for a good reason. ( not tomorrow )

Traders moving on.

Croda needs growth and it needs it now.

I had no idea you were an insider. !!

You know the returns derived from double digit revenues, and upfront payments.

Plus you’re invested in the company. Board position ?

TBH I don’t think anyone has put forward £2M upfront payments from Croda.

One poster is looking for first year revenues of £2M.

I look at this from my prospective being a newish SBTX shareholder.

It’s impossible for Croda to hang onto Matrixyl , while at the same time, follow its green, sustainable, bio polices. Take that on board.

Croda is about to take the world of anti ageing skin care, to the next level

This has required a five year runway, that has been shown to have been, a huge success.

It appears 2019 contract was more of a framework, dependant on the end product spec.

It also looks as if , other uses by Croda were not taken up soon after 2019 as had perhaps, been the intention.

It also appears to me, it’s the contract that has, or is being, signed right now, that will set the tone for the next 20 years.

I always think Croda first SBTX second, simply because Croda have to make huge margins on the Lysate , and more to the point massive protected profits. Croda cannot afford to drive SBTX into the ground, risking the partnership hitting the rocks.

S/A says the Lysate uptake will not be overnight;

I am not so sure, produce something bio, greener, and sustainable, with cheaper production costs, add on higher margins, across the supply chain, and its job done.

After 27.5 Minutes an update and information on Croda and its 3/4 trading update. last week.

A couple of takeaways from that for me.

1/ The FTSE 100 is up 40% over the last 5 years :Croda is down 20%.

They need a blockbuster , yesterday, not tomorrow. !!

2/ Tariffs only work for any country if you can make the product yourself.( The competition can't produce the new Lysate.)

3/ Croda have fab relationships with local companies, this helps no end in pricing , where the big players are always trying to grind prices down. If Croda have the formulation ready, these smaller local companies can grow super fast off the back of

Agreed : those that do will be very well rewarded in my view.

A real buy and hold stock , as years of work shine through in the form of real profits.

SBTX is all about the long term potential of taking a £30M company, towards £3BN.

Assuming the Croda revenue stream grows at pace, and other pillars get up to speed, then its job done.

90% of the work is done.

Some investors just can’t see it. !

The chances are, it will appear on one of the first 3 days of next week, prior to the extension agreement running out.

A few shareholders here have lost the plot.

It is Croda that’s under severe pressure from the institutions in the format of profit growth.

That growth can no longer be delivered by Matrixyl.

Croda is pinning its 2025 hopes on new and protected products from both its Phama, and the Consumer care divisions.

Just as a reminder , SBTX put out a no reason for the share price movement a few weeks ago, the stock then rose, and has since fallen back. That’s not unexpected, if one reads the thoughts of some traders on the BB. !!!

After five years plus of non delivery , most want proof of future Croda revenues.

Hence , next week could see a very sharp uplift in the share price, on what I believe, will be excellent news.

Both super fast growth stocks going forward. Hence his investment in both companies.

SRT has set out to win some massive long term contracts

To set those contracts up , they need funding,.

SBTX on the other hand, can potentially grow organically and through the income stream from Croda.

Producing growth , on growth and even dividends and share buy backs a few years out.

My money is on you, being proved correct

I think a few, ( not all ), SBTX long term holders need a bit of inspiration.

They are sitting on a possible blockbuster , they just don’t know it.

Let me show them that it can be done, growth , margins, and profits always win through .

A previous holding of mine, ( done and dusted in around half a decade. )

Northacre plc had just a 5% equity share in a single building site in London.

Northacre shareholders were told in advance profits would range from 5% to 50%

The full terms were not disclosed until all the site was sold and final accounts were in. (4 - 5 years after planning permission was granted).

I worked out the possible profit share when the shares were on the floor.

It took an age for other investors to cotton on.

One could pick up shares by the sack full month in month out at the time.

After doing my research on SBTX and its part undisclosed profit agreements with Croda, (we do know it's double digit), I am of the view, I have every chance, of doing another 61 bagger, or more.

It appears the new Lysate could be a blockbuster, the potential market, and profits are staggering.

I have never found a share with a higher possible upside in all my life.

It’s the future, near pure profit, annual, growing revenue stream, that could see this stock,

rocket.

Did you do maths at school.???

Double digit is any number between 10 and 99.

SBTX has said the exact number can not be disclosed

Hence that number then has to be above 10%

It can not be just 10% , nor can it be under 10%

If it was , S/A would have disclosed the number ( 10%), and broken the contract, to keep it confidential.

To be clear I am not saying anything about Lysate orders, I am saying , if the large players have plans for product change , and taking into account lead in times, they may be slowing up on purchases of Matrixyl.

I personally can’t help thinking if a blockbuster is around the corner, and you, ( the multi national ) has been playing around with it for months, your going to be very cautious on purchasing Matrixyl, ( based on previous sales.)
