One last point on the subject

The sheer size of Croda sales in the consumer care division.

Around one billion a year of which a massive lump is Matrixyl 3000.

That product in my view , is old hat , having started its life in one form or another in 2003.

It’s simply not green enough for tomorrows world .

Well I for one , am in the opposite camp .

My reasons.

Not one of the big players can risk being left behind.

Real fear, they can loose market share overnight

Green, sustainable, bio , demanded by all within the supply chain and consumers.

First product with claims unseen before .?

First mover advantage from a trusted partner ( Croda )

Proved by science.

*However I'm not wearing rosy glasses, but expecting small royalties from Croda initially. Its how our product is viewed by Croda customers which I'm interested in most. Wouldn't I like to be the fly on the wall with those discussions. However they do have such a large customer base, that even if its still a small percentage take up, its still significant.*

One needs to look away from SBTX , and focus on Croda.

They have 1BN of sales a year just from the consumer care division

They need new and protected products to increase margins

Few are putting enough weight on the absolute fact , within 5 years the cosmetics industry will be green to a very large extent.

Time is short, the new Lysate is desperately required by all those that produce cosmetic's.

End users.

Those that use the Lysate within the cream over the next few years , if product is successful , that I believe it will be.

If we have an anti ageing product that works, is proven by science, green, sustainable, and bio.

Then the market is around half the world’s population or 4 BILLION .

SBTX could well be on a path to a ten, or a one hundred bag, yet the trader instinct kicks in for many, after a few pence to the upside.

The only conclusion I can draw, is those same traders have previously witnessed sharp pull backs in stocks they had purchased, and want to grab small profits quickly.

SBTX has a FTSE 100 company working for it, NOT THE OTHER WAY ROUND .

Croda has to make hundreds of millions a year.

If the Lysate has solved the problem, which I believe it has, shareholders can be assured they have found a one in a million stock.

Croda is still in the pipeline however, that’s public knowledge, and has been for years.

1/ No reason for the share price fall over the last 3 days

2/ Staggering increase in projected revenues : WITHOUT CRODA.

3/ More deals in the pipeline

4/ No funding issues

5/ SBTX grossly undervalued , as will become apparent, in the run up , to Xmas.

It is very good, it has to be very good to *take to market.*

It has to be very good to replace the older, dirtier, synthetic products in use today.

It has to be very good for Croda to have signed up 5 years ago.

It has to be very good to have passed all product stages at Croda

It has to be very, very , good to lose a year waiting for human trials.

It has to be very good to have passed those trials

It has to be very good to be *show cased* at the no one industry event

It has to be green , sustainable, bio, and cheap to manufacture

It has to have greater profit margins than Croda achieve from existing ingredients.

It has to have a lifetime income stream of 15 plus years.

It has to be taking all parties towards a better future of our planet, it does.

No one knows the amount of any first payment from Croda. That said, the agreement will set minimum amounts , as is common in this type of contract, to ensure one party , (Croda in our situation ) delivers.

However we do know there WILL BE A FIRST payment, followed by monthly, 3 monthly 6 monthly or yearly dollops of cash.

Those recurring revenues are set to flow for 15 years.

You’re also forgetting that Croda themselves need new high margin sales from protected products on an ongoing basis. They are in the driving seat, to support their own share price, and keep the institutions happy.

Finally those cosmetics suppliers can’t wait to get hold of a new product that looks like it’s going to change the Face of the world.

We also know Croda is going green as is the cosmetics industry.
