The above says it all about Croda, an ideal fit for SBTX and its IP

Croda is working its way through its portfolio and removing all that is not green.

Thus, you have rightly held the high ground for the last 7 years, and can tease with ease, and advise others, about fact.

Those shorting Chinese stocks stood in the same position up until just 10 days ago.

Then suddenly, out of the blue, they got crushed.

Another example was ASOS floated at 20p and down to a 3.5P placing two years later., ( they then went on to hit £74.00.)

One needs to focus on Croda, its size, its investment, its sales force, and its market share.

I can understand your stance on SBTX, but the companies fate actually lies with its partner, who are proven, established, profitable, and paying dividend's.(FTSE 100 Company Croda.)

I for one , am utterly convinced this stock has the ability to outperform every other listed stock on the LSE.

(Sharecast News) - SkinBioTherapeutics announced on Thursday that final testing of its 'SkinBiotix' technology by Croda Beauty Care had yielded positive results, paving the way for commercialisation.

The AIM-traded company said the testing, conducted in collaboration with Croda's Sederma team, validated the efficacy and marketing claims of SkinBiotix, bolstering its potential as a valuable active ingredient for the cosmetics industry.

It said the positive study outcomes were confirmed during a meeting between SkinBioTherapeutics and Croda's Beauty Care division.

The results would now be incorporated into updated marketing and technical dossiers, which would be shared with Croda's cosmetics customers as part of the next steps towards product launch

Nail on the head.

If one takes SBTX its history, and its team leader, out of the equation, just look at Croda, it’s just the conclusion I have reached.

A pure printing press with 15 years of life left, , that can be purchased for scrap value.😃

This is not the first time I have been offered prospects of this magnitude over the last 30 years. They are very rare , hence I personally grab them with open arms.

The vast majority of investors need evidence, backed up by a broker forecast, before they will commit to a share.

The issue, one has with that approach, is , by the time YOU know the fantastic prospects of a particular stock, so does everyone else.

In essence those willing to purchase today must have confidence in Croda and more importantly confidence in themselves. ( the same position as a record company director, signing up an unknown artist, in the hope royalties from that artist, will see him good ).

On an assumption Croda archives just 10% growth in revenues from new and protected products on its £950M annual turnover, within its consumer care division.

That would be £95M

If we assume half the growth comes from the new Lysate , say £47.5M.

Take a lowish 12% of that for SBTX, and right away one is looking at a cool £5M revenue a year, at the start of the journey.

Some here are looking in the wrong place, and in my view the wrong person ( SA).

S/A has held the fort, without the company going bust. ( not interested in the past , shares are always about the future )

The success or failure of SBTX, (for super profits) , is 90% in the hands of Croda.

Croda ha an issue right now , growth, earnings are only just covering the dividend.

The share price performance of Croda has been poor since Covid

The direction of Croda over the last few years is to transform itself by selling new and protected products, that have a moat and pricing power.(Higher margin).

They are dependant of the likes of this new Lysate for growth. In CRODA*s consumer care division. £100- £200m a year is required from these new green products. (That = a growth rate of 10 to 20% a year.)

Croda has its own sales force, to market, what’s looking like a block buster,

Basically the real pressure is on Croda to deliver to the institutions that hold its shares, Tiny SBTX sits on the sidelines and all being well , rakes in the dosh

.That dosh will be recurring and growing,

That dosh will be very close to 100% clear profit ( SBTX after purchase of company no 2 should be at B/E)

If it has , look for a rapid rise from here if the buying over the last ten days continues.

At the very best a few hundred investors know the SBTX story to date.

Over the next 12 months tens of millions of end users, would have experienced the benefits of this new wonder skin care product.

The shares will be like gold dust , as just 226M shares in issue.

Some pure guesses as to why the shares have shot up.

It’s not a ramp, just look at the potential revenues as CRODA markets the next MATRIXYL 3000, in a green bio format, at a premium price . It’s not going to be a hard sell , the cosmetic industry is crying out for innovation , they specify green, clean, before price.

Nothing to do with de ramping, just pointing out the competition, that may, or may not be the first to issue a U.K. regulated Stablecoin.
