Elric, thank you for the interview.
Croda quote.
*As we move towards a predominantly biobased portfolio, we want to understand and respect the pivotal role of nature and biodiversity.*

Matrixyl is not green
Where does Matrixyl 3000 come from?
Matrixyl 3000 is a synthetic peptide complex that is created in a lab. It is designed to mimic the effects of natural peptides that are found in the skin.
Matrixyl®: 25% natural content* / 78.49% natural origin content*
Matrixyl 3000®: 25% natural content* / 78.49% natural origin content*
Matrixyl® synthe'6®: 20% natural content* / 99.8% natural origin content*
I have absolutely no doubt Matrixyl will be rapidly phased out by Croda, more to the point, rejected by the industry and consumers.
Not only that but unlike Matrixyl the new Lysate has a much wider market, perhaps a billion a year sales down the line.

Elric is 100% correct on the potential Lysate take up rates in April 2025..
Far faster, than most could have dreamt.
For the following reasons.
1/ Very positive results : puts the new Lysate in pole position for the next decade .
2/ Croda and its customers ( the cosmetic industry ) are going BIO at break neck speed.
3/ Social media does in 2 weeks, what took 2 years, back in the day.
4/ Proven by science, with claims that have not been seen before, within the cosmetic arena.
5/ Croda*s in house formulations, factory to shop, within a fraction of established lead in times.
6/ Croda has its own sales team, all focused, no third parties.
7/ Croda is trusted 93% take up rates of new skin products, from local and regional customers.
8/ No production constraints
9/ World market can be addressed on day 1 of launch
10/ A very, very simple product, no moving parts, no assembly required
Croda need to produce the new Lysate cheaper than Matrixyl and use less active ingredient.
3% Matrixyl down to perhaps 0.25% for the Lysate.
Price the first Lysate sales high, then slightly reduce Lysate price, as volumes grow.
To grab all the market , Croda and the cosmetics companies both need to make more margin than today.
SBTX gain from more revenues,( be it , at a slightly lower price).

Croda are big on supplying fast growing local and regional companies, does anyone honestly think any of them want to be tied into 20 year old Matrixyl, going forward. ?
When the outside world picks up on this new product, all hell will break loose.
Sales hype will have a huge influence over the next 18 months, not sh
