Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
After all these years you still can’t get it right as to what you actually bought .... You bought a piece of Production Sharing Contract. The two words “Production” and “Sharing” should have given most investors enough clue .... Sigh!
Not sure why would Billy want to flush out bidders now given the oil price? IMO if the article is correct, the "asset stripper" he has been warning us about all this time is none other than himself .... a sweet revenge on folks who killed the gravy train perhaps?! You can see how low these lots can fall to to protect their own interest. Explains a lot as to why he holds "zero" shares in the company.
Usual panty throwers are telling us that the voting was all about removing the mopeds from Director role. Didn't they read the whole document where the need to change direction being the driver behind removing the greedy mopeds was circulated to shareholders!!?
"The main reason I have no confidence in COC is because they appear to have made no effort to tell the intitutions what the plan is" They have, just that you don't bother to read. http://www.bowleven-generalmeeting.com/
Of a CEO voted out as Director by common shareholders, but retained by Chairman (who holds zero common shares) as CEO. Moral corruption has no bounds when it comes to this gang of leeches!! They are all there for each other!! Let's teach them another good lesson .....

I would have supported Billy if he had the decency to accept the outcome of the popular vote. He needs to go. Just using his power to shite on the democratic vote is disgraceful. Just shows how much these leeches look after each others' interest rather than that of shareholders.
I read it when it was published. Now please read this RNS - the additional transaction details section! http://www.investegate.co.uk/bowleven-plc--blvn-/rns/bomono-farm-out-agreed-between-blvn-and-vog/201703060700095451Y/
Chris - It is called having a business that is "profitable". Why should the company be interested is a business that we do not even know whether or not it going to be profitable or will take many many many years to even return the capital that will be required to set up the business? Mind you I am ignoring here the $100m already spent on Bomono. There is no CPR that has been published by the company that says that based on technical data we have on Bomono it is economically viable if xx amount is invested.
