If anyone thinks shareholders are being played take comfort in this, Toto Wolff put £40m of his family’s money in and is just a shareholder alongside us, if he put 4m in then I would say he’s ‘having a punt’, with 40m he sees a serious opportunity to turn that into 400m one day.

Smiler, it’s quite possible they don’t want a inflated sp which gets ahead of where the company is at, sometimes if they want to put a package together to lure a top employee at director level then a sp of ‘hot hair’ is not good, for the simple reason the ‘potential director’ couldn’t value it.
Or dare I say it if they wanted to further fund raise the market would want to see the share issue at fair value to the market price.

You would expect the Times, Telegraph etc to do a interview with Moers, and as all the big papers normally carry a motoring section in the Sunday papers a few reviews of the DBX.

Stroll did set out his plan the other week, it’s Moers the CEO we want to hear from.

They can’t just invent news, they could say the order book for the DBX is strong, but they sell cars so that not big news unless it was way ahead of expectations and I think that will take a while longer.

Why I say that is earlier on WG is shouting in large capitals that there’s 25m shares missing and implying that Stroll & co have nicked them, so I’m thinking he’s gone short on the stock.
Then this evening WG is singing the praises of the new management inc Stroll, so then it looks like he’s gone long.
I feel he’s trying to play pied piper with investors building up a following on the way.

Do you reckon Rox is the maddest investor on here, possibly, the most honest, definitely!
