And by the way they didn’t just dish out 300n shares they sold them and banked £192m or whatever, how come you don’t ever take that into account.

I know it’s a very simplistic view, but does it matter what the share price was and how many shares there was before dilution.
It’s only worth working out that equation if you took part in the rights issue.
The dilution has happened and the sp is 57p now, does anything else matter.

The capping is about keeping exclusivity, one of the ‘laws of supply & demand’, withdraw(cap) the supply, increase the demand.

Frank the problem being is when you sell online or buy they can move the price, it’s not normally a prob but in the last few days it’s jumping round that much.

And I honestly mean this to be helpful, if your thinking of selling be careful, yesterday they were just gapping the price down by a couple of pence which is big in % terms.
So if you were unlucky enough to be selling they could drop the price on you when your locked in which could be really bad, they could of course gap it up on you & give you a better price, but that’s even more unlikely.
May be safer to sell in smaller tranches.
