The funniest song we ever sung at Anfield was about Duncan Ferguson, he was in for a game, then injured for three and so on.
He was a sub this day, and as he run to the kop to warm up, they burst out singing ‘in for a week, out for a month Duncan is a tampon’.
The whole place just burst out laughing and in fairness to Duncan he collapsed laughing his head off.
I had to try and explain what the joke was to my then 9yr old son, with great difficulty.

Panteri, you say Stroll manipulates the sp down, first of all that’s a criminal offence,,but I suppose he could not release anything positive, that’s against the rules of the stock market as anything that has a ‘material impact’ upon the company has to be declared.
So let’s say he does try something like that, well if you read the press lately it has repeatedly been reported that Chinese investors have been targeting undervalued British listed companies and buying big chunks of them.
So he could end up with ‘egg on his chin’ if he tried to be to smart.
Maybe just maybe there’s nothing to report at the moment, he’s 6months into a turnaround that may take 3/5 years.

Cheers Noah, i don’t see the advantage of taking it private, let’s be honest he could of bought up 29.9% of the shares and done that already if he wished s.
It also suggests that there is a conspiracy going on if other shareholders were involved.
One of the most important thing about Aston Martin is it’s value as a brand, any negative publicity damages that, look at the flotation at £19 the company received constant bad press about that, shareholders constantly lost money, it burdened the company.
One thing I do think will happen though is a share consolidation whereby for example you end up with one share for every ten held, this can help grow the share price & takes the volatility out of the shares, as there may be to many shares in issue and that could weigh heavily on the sp and takes the co out the penny share arena.

To me taking it private makes no sense, real fortunes are made in the stock market, share prices can often get way ahead of what the co’s real worth, with listed companies your buying on ‘projected’ growth.
Stroll might not want the sp to get to far ahead of the game as it could become a burden if he needs to raise money again, that could happen if there was another spike, let’s pray there isn’t one esp if it affected Gaydon or St Athan.
Stroll raised almost 200m the other week in a couple of hours, so why would he want to go to the bank to raise the money to take it private, which may also impact on his personal wealth if the co ran into trouble with personal guarantees etc.
Maybe at the moment they have no news to report, or they are timing announcements for when they feel it suits them best.

Soul, they will only announce when they’ve finished selling or once II has dropped below the 3%, they’re not going to announce every few days, the last two announcements with to II have been about a month apart.

We are all expecting a further announcement stating IndustrialInvestor no longer have a notifiable interest in AML, but once they are below 3% then they have no obligations to declare anything to the stock exchange.
They may not even inform AM.

Roxy will buy back soon, we’ve all thought about selling and then jumped back in higher than we’ve sold.
It would be nice to walk away, I’ve pulled every trick in the book to build my holding it’s so addictive, it’s even affecting my sleep this bloody thing, I’ve woke up at 4am the morning checking this bb.
Hopefully it will be worth the suffering, and soon.

The price has improved since Roxy sold, think he sold at 55.4ish so he won’t be buying above 54p I wouldn’t have thought, but knowing Roxy he could buy back in higher, that’s the addiction.

Just getting played with by the mm’s , up a bit, down a bit.
