No I'm not suggesting either has to be granted prior to circular. Not knowing what these conditions r I'm just making that assumption. We can do the farm out whatever whenever but the work and the first cash could be specific to licence extension and the dev licence being granted? I don't know I'm just asking that question?

Some good posts from drewky late last night. For the first-time totally agree with the lgbt stuff. 're farm out. It looks to me they are continuing with this but the conditions for it to be binding are the licence and development approval. If this doesn't occur by March 2019 then it will be 're-visited then? Gibbers I absolutely don't disagree. I was the one oft criticised on here for criticising the bod structure. I am mega surprised they have survived through 1qtr 18? People complained about Paul but he was in a different league to 'selling' the company and diversification of assets WITHOUT dilution!! As ever all imho and dyor. We can but hope that Ireland comes to something quickly or wouldn't surprise me to see all the emphasis suddenly move to Morocco (ahem ffs!!)

They do have experience of NA. Check PCI where their BOD behaviour can only be described as appalling when in the final throes of being taken over. They left a lot of pi's extremely extremely unhappy! The new mgt of PCI are a bit 'mouthy' so take a look at their website as they are not shy of boasting of their achievements since taking over. All imho and dyor of course!

Absolutely Matty as have aex 'mgt' and the now very quiet but still 'world renowned', ramper crew? Do u count your investment in aex as a mistake? I certainly do and whilst I cannot be certain I would have made more money elsewhere, I am reasonably confident I probably would have?
