Don't think so PP Ineos have enough to be getting on with after dong acquisition plus COP stuff as well?! Just my opinion I get the 'feeling' it's likely to be American or just maybe Nexen but don't know why dont think this is the case? (Probably can't see them opting for 3 wells in frontier like this but, could be totally wrong). Hopefully we should know by end of January. They are progressing well planning etc which I assume would be back costs recoverable or reflected in retained equity. This is all my opinion and optimistic viewpoint. Set up of apt company probably already done but if not takes a couple of days. From date of public farm down announcement secondee(s) sent from zubs to aex and are running show now and not charged to aex. Work continues which will be paid back as part of the agreement. When dev licence granted then all stations go!! Hopefully licence / fdp granted soon!!

Just in case anyone was wondering I have to go and buy some carpets now plus other HMO items. In case people are inferring I havent got other things on today lol!! Then I hopefully have an appointment with a young lad sadly in social care, who has got into wrong crowd (not the lse aex free bb board I hasten to add) to provide some mentoring help. BG thanks hiwever I took that governmental approval yiu have referred to be for the transaction NOT other government approvals. There is no specific reference to licence or dev plan there. It is normal practise for the govt to approve such (farm down / out) transactions and this naturally would have to be sought.

Drewky can u pont me to where it states the licence extension granting is a condition of the deal? I agree zubs would be mugs to do so without this just cannot see it specifically stated anywhere. NOT AN arsey question. To the poster who is blaming the govt without any facts whatsoever to justify this please tjink carefully on your comments. The govt to date have been extremely generous in their working relationship with aex. It is only aex who have not adhered to pre publicly published time lines and other promises. We have no idea as to the quality of dev plan submissions and it is very normal for govts to have a lot of questions and clarifications on these, which with more experienced mgt teams are normally done prior to submission. We have no idea how aex has handled this so don't be so quick to criticise govts please. All above imho and dyor.

Ffs Perky stop being obtuse or sensitive. I said it was a fair assumption but it isn't fact it will occur is it unless you can show me that in rns from Aex. I was just asking as you wrote it as fact that was all!! As I am well known to be I am a pessimist. I am proferring as a suggestion we will vote on the farm out BUT it will NOT be binding on zubs until 1. Licence extension issued AND 2. Development plan approved. In which case what happens to cash / going concern in the meantime? We (potentially) desperately need the $5mm for a above issues and more importantly to pay the excellent mgt team put in place, by the great BH. All imho and dyor of course.

Until u can do that it is just an assumption which maybe fair but is not fact and you appeared to be implying it were fact as u did not caveat it with imho in your post?
