RE: CS Bulk sample, 2 of 223 May 2020 16:27
Hi Min, just to clarify I am trying to use the same terminology as SRES do, e.g. in their last RNS;
"The EA is an environmental assessment of the Company’s Mine Plan which sets out in detail how the mine will be developed over time and how the mine will be reclaimed over its lifetime and on closure"
When I talk about building a mine I am talking about all the things we will need to process the 'ore' at CS, the admin buildings, possible dry storage shed, a weighbridge, trailers for personnel, a sales office (that was mentioned somewhere), canteen facilities, all the generators, the crushers/screening machines etc etc. Also the 'site' will need to be fenced for security purposes. These things will am sure you will agree incur cost and my point is that the way PC is staging things means we will not, I believe, commit to this spend until we have sufficient off-take agreements in place.
PJ, I am hopeful we will more detail from the Company on the plans for production - we should get interim results next week and it would be great if at some point we can get a 'Proactive investors' interview from Patrick...
