Twiggy, not sure any of us have a clue if the SP will move on us getting the Permit/s.
Shares are an odd thing to read sometimes.
Seems to me a done deal that we will get it so you could argue why should the SP react.
However AIM is all about demand so if people start buying on 'Permit news' who know.

Most of us think the real SP action will be if/when offtake deals are announced.

Bloody hope so, every morning I am there at 7a.m looking for RNS - one day it will be there and hoping it has the word offtake in the title!

As pointed our by Terrafin, rodster and others this is indeed very good news.
You can have the best product/s in the world, be in a great location and have Customers queuing at the door but it all means nowt if you haven't got the mining permit.

This has been a long time coming and we hoped it would get the green light but there is always a chance that things can go wrong - holders in TYM will know all about that.

Looking forward to getting the final tick in the permit box and then onwards and upwards to sending some chunky samples to clients and getting them to sign up with us. Then we are in Business!

If only Safe were running this outfit it would be all so different.

Now we expecting permit decision in very near future after public comment period ended yesterday.

Have noticed that dummy buys of any amount go NT all morning pretty much - certainly for last several hours.
They offering .135 to sell....
Don't claim to understand MM activities but would seem they looking for sellers but don't want to advertise this buy raising the bid... be interested to see what happens this afternoon....
