I have tried dummy buys and sells several times today and been no issue buying at all.
Can get 5M right now under .29 and they been rock solid .28p to sell

Not sure I agree. Not that long ago we were .12p and Company was saying it expected to get the Permit even then.
So the rise to nigh on .40p does not indicate a S.P that is held back by funding concerns...

Hey Twiggy. Personally don't think the £750K to £1M funds all the mine build for CS.
Going back to a Diggers interview he suggested something like $2-3M if I recall - need to play that back.
Think this will give them enough money to drill some of the precious metals projects, some immediate Project spend and G&A until we get funds flowing.

I still think all options are on the table for CS funding personally - Advance off-take, Loans, Joint Venture / Partner funding etc.

I decided not to comment yesterday as wanted Safe to have his tantrum and get it out of his system.
Sure I too was disappointed with the SP drop but that is the life of AIM - snakes and ladders but been a good few weeks so hey ho.
I tend to agree with those here who trust PC to do what is best for the Company - he is the biggest shareholder.
Anyone moaning about the placing discount can apply for shares if they are not happy or pay a tad more in the market and avoid the hassle.

Oh and I too think that Bay State will be drilled, think PC been itching to do this for a long time and if the drilling goes in the right angle of dangle this time who knows - bonanza baby....

Don't see PC issuing a speeding ticket as he said for a long time we undervalued and that the SP should react to the permit news. Based on his holding and the rise today at .38p (let's say) he is up around a quarter of a million since the Market opened. Not a bad day in the office and bloody well deserved for all his hard raft.
Even Safe seems happy!

Hi Sam, noted ref slide 26 but CS and New Perl are shown on same slide and no suggestion they are up for sale.
I guess just a little odd that Bay State not listed on it's own slide as we have done quite a lot there and nothing / very little on some of the others. I guess everything is for sale at the right price though as the saying goes.

Ref Millers we knew it was looking doubtful. Patrick wants the Pozz processing facility close to rail links. Am hoping he already has a location in mind and would not surprise me if we partnered with a Company that has a suitable site/facility.

The main thing about the slides for me is to see ‘bit by bit’ the progress we are making on CS and the big news must surely be close.

Further to its announcement of 5 August 2020 advising of the decision to grant the required Mine Reclamation Permit for its CS Pozzolan-Perlite Project in Nevada, USA, the Company is pleased to advise that the appeal period is now closed and that it has been advised that no appeals have been lodged.



The Mine Reclamation Permit is issued by the Nevada Bureau of Mining Regulation and Reclamation (BMRR), a bureau of the Nevada Division of Environmental Protection (NDEP). The reclamation permit is valid for the life of the project and a copy of the permit can found at:

The Company is also pleased to announce that the Director of NDEP has issued a notice advising of his intention to issue a Class II Air Quality Operating Permit (AQOP) for the operation of the mine and mineral processing plant based on a review of the Company's AQOP permit application. A Class II AQOP is for facilities not considered to be major sources of pollutants and which emit less than 100 tons per year for any one regulated pollutant and emit less than 25 tons per year of total Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAPs) and emit less than 10 tons per year of any one HAP.

Morning Sam, was reading through the posts and your latest popped up.
If someone wants to buy SRES (either on a friendly/agreed or hostile basis) in totality (or just the minerals parts) then it does not matter if we only had 1 drill in NE zone or have not progressed very far with NewPerl or Jackson Wash.

A potential acquirer will take a view on the value of everything that SRES have. In my opinion the main thing they will be looking at is CS itself and a value will be placed on the rest based on the potential.

I personally think that a complete takeover is unlikely but who knows.
Our recent slow steady rises off the radar have been good, the spotlight will come on in any take-off or Financing (depending on the detail of that) RNSs. To be fair our rise of Friday did not lead to that many posts considering.

It seems the recent Proactive article and PC comments foresaw the recent SP progress;

It will be for 27 years but of course providing we manage things professionally then if we discover more product in the new zone then it should be easy to extend;

I tend to be in same camp as splatted in that I would not turn my nose up at .5p but know others think we will get a lot higher.
