Wyloo v BHP for Noront is an exceptional battle and no love lost but shows exactly what happens when just two parties battle for an asset they want and don't want to lose. This is all publicly playing out. What a few on here don't want to accept is like Sibanye's purchase of Atlantic Nickel, these battles do play out in private and can potentially yield a cleaner, more complete result when the deal is announced.
