YGK is the 100% owned subsidiary owning KOLA NICKEL LLC (100%) and participates in Rosgeo JV (85%). KOLA MINING (100%) will take on new PGM assets. TGK looks ready to go as the other subsidiaries advance.

Carbon neutral and probably negative as the mine will use renewable power and further generate own green hydrogen and then export an excess of hydrogen to local and international customers.

Then compare this to offtake deal signed by Tesla with producer in New Caledonia that hopes, subject to all manner of state loans, to be carbon neutral by 2040 (!) including replacing its coal fired power station.

Even a very quick read through of Tesla, BHP and Wyloo news on Ni-Cu-PGE deals - not just outright acquisitions - shows tier 1s are rushing for clean nickel opportunities because ESG matters as much as fulfilling a massive supply shortfall to decarbonise. I'll put some stuff out there to help compare when I get chance.

Market isnt yet completely clear on just how much PGM, Nickel, Copper, Cobalt and REEs make up EUAs current and future basket of metals and how competitive and de-risked these projects are vs benchmark +/-$1bn deals out there. Add on to that a very viable hydrogen energy business and EUA is more than a massive mining project company.

Only going to catch small fry using that kind of tackle.
