RE: A Must Read For Omega Shareholders21 Feb 2022 15:29
"We received a letter from him late on Friday, which we can’t share, in its entirety as we don’t want to expose ourselves for leaking insider information."
They won't share the letter as it could be classed as insider dealing? What a biggest load of tosh I have ever read. Omega wouldn't send any information to a group of investors with pitchforks who are using a gmail email address for communications, its just so bizzare it stinks.
As I've said over and over again, I have voted against the placing and will advise anyone else to do the same, but this OSAG group, its becoming comical to say the least. There is zero transparency with OSAG, other then text on a social media platform.
They won't share the letter at all because they don't want to open themselves up to leaking insider information, but they are happy to keep the letter and act on it themselves, another case for the FCA to look into. This is exactly what i have said all along, this OSAG group will do more damage then good and it's already started to unfold right infront of your eyes.
