I'm sorry you cannot understand the fact there are clowns running ODX but then also clowns running OSAG, you have JafTrade and i quote "Chartered Accountant (PWC Trained), Global Audit and Compliance adviser to FTSE 100 companies." .. and yet doesn't know if the information provided (if of course any letter is indeed in existence, but we'll never know the longer they keep hiding it) is insider information.. You don't have to be a Mensa inductee to work out that the above quote is clearly a lie. I've said it before, OSAG have a good potential, and the idea is right, even though they don't have any solid plan going forwards other then "to work with the BoD", they are 100% against being transparent yet want people to vote "NO" (and for the record, quite rightly they should do so too!).

Because unfortunately he's a child who blocks you the instant you query anything. I only asked why they needed my phone number.. and blocked.

There are cloak and daggers fred, both in BOD and OSAG, the only difference is OSAG can change that instantly and become transparent, make themselves human other then faceless social media accounts and be.. transparent.

Their own tweet said they couldn't share it as it would open them up to insider dealings which is a load of tosh.

I agree with all of your post chrisdr2, transparency and a plan going forwards is what's needed but they are so far unable to supply either. They might be the right people going forwards but this silly withholding of information achieves nothing and until they come transparent, form a solid plan, use real names and stop using a Gmail email account things may just improve but until that point, they are damaging their own face and pushing potential members away.

The entire contents of the email needs to be shared, otherwise how can you expect shareholders to support the OSAG if you are withholding information from them?

You have now added "will you support us financially" onto your google document, and truth be told, why would anyone with half a brain cell give money to two twitter accounts, which have no information, no real names, no photos, zero, zilch, nada. The whole secretive "need permission from Walbrook to share" is frankly embarrassing for OSAG, they have a awful approach to all this and it will end in tears, these two "faceless" accounts will do more damage then good.

Unless OSAG have agreed to be on “the inside” then the email must be shared in it’s entirety, for transparency, NOW.

There is no letter until you stop asking permission to share it, and do so, or you keep it and have 'insider information' as you suggest.

I'm afriad you have zero credibility, zero transparency and very little understanding of what you are actually dealing with here.

Not defensive in the slightest, 100% don't agree with the placing, or their behaviour. But this OSAG group led by children will do more damage then good.
