Yes I noted that but couldn't remember if it had been there previously but I left a link for others.. But as regards BBs and being a holder of EUA They have during the suspension said that their '' system ceased to analyze it because the available data is not able to meet the minimum standards...blah blah... but they managed to recommend it as a buy for a day after 'de-suspension' before recommending 'Quit' and 'Stay out' https://www.britishbulls.com/SignalPage.aspx?lang=en&Ticker=EUA.L. Altho I think they did the buy n quit rec on the same day!

Petropavlovsk investors in regulatory row
Asset manager Everest is filing a complaint with the Takeover Panel against Prosperity, which owns 20pc of Petropavlovsk
27 July 2020
A major shareholder in Petropavlovsk is to refer a fellow investor in the company to regulators amid a bitter power struggle at the FTSE 250 mining firm.
Asset manager Everest is filing a complaint with the Takeover Panel against Prosperity, which owns 20pc of Petropavlovsk, for allegedly working with some members of management against the interests of other shareholders.
A source said: “It very much looks as if Prosperity is gearing up for a takeover of the company on the cheap.”
The move follows a similar accusation levelled last week by Prosperity, which accused Everest of breaching Takeover Panel rules.
Prosperity said that Everest was secretly working with a number of other shareholders to gain control of the Petropavlovsk board and its management – a claim that Everest denies.
Everest also alleges that Michael Kavanagh and Vitaly Zarkhin, both put forward as independent directors, are actually linked to Prosperity.
It is launching an independent investigation into a £30m increase in staff costs that Petropavlovsk paid out last year, which it claims went towards bonuses.
A spokesperson for Petropavlovsk strongly disputed this number.
"To actually say this is a bonus is not only wrong, it is deliberately and incredibly misleading at best," the spokesperson said.
The claims mark the latest escalation in a battle for control of the gold mining business. Petropavlovsk had been buffeted for years by shareholder unrest and multiple changes of ownership, but looked to have turned a corner after finishing 2019 as one of the best performing stocks in London. But since early July, shareholder infighting has marred gains made from soaring gold prices as investors flock to the safe haven asset.
Shares in Petropavlovsk plunged at the end of June after a group of investors ousted more than half of the company’s board, including chief executive Pavel Maslovskiy.
One of the board members involved in the action was from rival Russian mining group UGC, which recently took a large stake in Petropavlovsk.
The coup “was an attempt to take control of the company”, interim Petropavlovsk chief executive Alya Samokhvalova said.

If Ye Be Seekin' Adventure…
Take off on a treacherous voyage to the 17th Century, when rowdy rogues ruled seaport towns along the Spanish Main under the watchful eye of Jolly Roger.
Navigate your way through the haunted realms of Dead Man’s Cove and Hurricane Lagoon, before dropping anchor amid an explosive battle between a foggy Caribbean fort and a striking 12-gun galleon.
Looters and buccaneers sing a song of jubilation as flames engulf a nearby seaside city. And those unlucky enough to get locked up attempt to lure a confused canine within reach to nab the dungeon keys he has in his mouth.
Dead men tell no tales, indeed!

.. and then I stopped.''
Just as it was getting interesting..
do you have a link please?
I am a great believer in people backing up their statements..
esp those ''cheeky top ups..''
I'd been expecting a bit of a boost this a.m.?
perhaps silver up to $22.3.. up 50% in 5 years to golds 69%..
Are people doubting the 'recovery' ?
What will we close at?
All easy to agree with but the world economy is in unknown territory and I look at the rise in gold back to highs in $ terms even higher in terms of the £ and silver back up to $21.. and paladium on a bounce at $2100 is that because of an upturn in the economy or is Palladium now another gold..
I might believe ''Bought two tranches of £20k earlier. ''
If you provided some proof!
Exactly I agree with you but the failures out weigh the winners
EUA seems adef winner.. so why arent we at 30p if the end game is £1 if not more?
