Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
Hi all Sorry about the delay in my reply but I have spent the last 4 days converting an old laptop running on XP to windows 10 ... I don’t recommend it btw. My comments on the share price were indeed born out of frustration due to the mm’s (game players) tactics. Andrew and his team are doing all they can to get this company up and running and naive as this idea is, it would be nice if the stock market could value a company relative to the facts at hand. I am a long term believer in Angle and will be here for the foreseeable future. Sorry about the rant. My I wish all fellow anglers a very merry Christmas and a very very prosperous new year.
It’s precisely this kind of behaviour that makes people give up on investing in the AIM. Anonymous, faceless exploiters, playing games with other people’s hard earned money and their livelihood. Such a pity... I had high hopes for this company and Andrew.
Well it's now Friday afternoon and the only thing that time is telling me is that the situation regarding the share price is getting silly. For example one trade for a 25k share sale produced a price rise. Can anyone shed some light on what's going on ... and hopefully before this sites shuts down for maintenance.
I asked AN if Vienna’s clinical trial was connected to the Gannet53 study. The answer was no, but that’s not to say they are in discussion with each other. I think he would be happy if the word Parsortix was mentioned somewhere in gannet53’s documentation.
Hi ArgyllEagle This is the best answer I have for you and your friend. If anyone else knows better, (or can tell me shut up as I clearly don’t know what I’m talking about) please respond accordingly. Two words play a big part in answering this. They are THINK and CONFIDENCE. Let me try and explain why. Your friend has most likely had a scan that has revealed some sort of prostate growth. A biopsy would no doubt confirm or not that it is cancerous. Whether or not a biopsy is possible I don’t know but let’s assume that in this case that it’s not. During this time the doctors think he may have cancer but they also think he may not have cancer. In other word they can’t be sure and don’t have the confidence to decide one way or the other. So the doctors monitor his condition until such time as they can be confident that it is or it is not cancerous and then start appropriate treatment. If a sample of your friends blood was ran though a Parsortix machine today then the doctors would be in exactly the same position as above with regard to confirming your friend’s condition. You see just because we say that Parsortix is accurate and its results can be taken as gospel doesn’t actually make it so. Your friend’s doctors are not going to take our word for it. They need themselves to be confident that Parsortix results are accurate and true before acting on them. So whose word to they take that the Parsortix results are accurate? When do they gain the confidence to trust the Parsortix results to the point where they are prepared to act on them? The answer is, when their own medical research establishments and regulatory authorities (The one’s they do trust) have published results of their own independent tests and have satisfied themselves of its accuracy. Until the above has been established the word THINK will still be in the answer to the question “Have I got cancer?”. We need the medical profession to have confidence in our machine. Without it they will not touch our machine or its results. Let alone buy one. I hope that goes some way to answering your question. But as I say, if I’m wrong, I do hope someone out there can tell me and at the same time give you a better answer. It would also be nice hear if I’m right by the way. Right I’m off to catch up on some gardening.
If your looking for a SMALL but quick buck then go ahead and play your games (or look else where) If your looking for a serious life changing return on your investment, then stick with it. (and buy some more) Usual IMHO disclaimer applys
Malachi I am putting this in as a reply to your question mainly because of the point I make at the end of these ramblings. I hope it answers your concern. Yesterday I attended the AGM in Guildford and a very interesting day it turned out to be. I say turned out to be because it turned out to be a day of two halves. The first half being the actual AGM itself, while the second half consisted of a visit to the laboratory. As to the first half ... If like me you keep yourself up to speed with the latest news and events regarding Angles media presentations and the latest KOL publications, then you like me would have learned no more then we already know. This despite some excellent questions being asked and which were answered fully and honestly in my opinion by Andrew and his team. So my conclusion on the AGM is to say that I have nothing new to report, other than to inform you that the chips were cold on the buffet table. The meeting ended with an open invitation to all those present to go and take a look at the company’s laboratory. This I gladly accepted and after a short drive I finally got to see my first Parsortix machine in action. We were introduced to several boffins whose job it is to both test and improve the machine and I have to say that I haven’t been the presents of more PHD’s since my visit to Glastonbury festival. I found myself in ore of both the simplicity of the machine and technical knowhow needed to interpret its findings. We can only hope that it continues to meet and exceed expectation and that cancer sufferers the world over will soon be benefiting from its clinical introduction. On the drive home I put my investor’s hat on and asked myself this question. “What did I learn about my investment by attending the day’s events”. The answer is once again something I already knew and that is that this is a medium to long term investment. Making this product commercially variable is going to take time. Not because of logistical or manufacturing problems normally associated with bringing a new product to market, but because it must be done properly and in our case that means the involvement and cooperation of academic and medical instructions not to mention the bureaucracy of regulatory approval. None of which are known for their speed of reaction. What they do bring is confidence and that is crucial to the success of this machine. Without it our potential customers will simply not entertain it. On the other hand it is precisely these time consuming and costly barriers that will help to protect our product from competitors. For proof of that just look at Cellsearch system. A ten year old product that is still today considered the gold standard. Given time, Parsortix will replace it.
Having studied the trends, analysed the historical data and ran the figures though several investment algorisms, it has become clear that there is an undeniable correlation between this share price and MissBMW’s holidays. I therefore suggest that we all chip in and send her off on another asap.
