I’ll add a ps: this has fallen over 5% today and 15% in the last fortnight.

I do not agree with the view that this RNS is a good move for the share price or holders. Look at the sales vs the buys. Too often directors, who know what the future holds, sell shares and then watch the share price slide - look at Bill Rhodes at ODX. I would not mind this IF there was proof of sales. The Company is giving away Labskin tests, now giving away vouchers for the potential breath test, has no commitment in China or anywhere else for water monitoring. It travels the world to promote itself at various fairs. The increase in income is not a true reflection on year on year, it is based on increased income from the merger with Modern Water. Gerrard needs to stop talking and start producing significant contracts and income.

Past interims would indicate the 29th November.

$3 minimum bid price of the company stock.
Public float market value of $1,000,000.

It is all Gerry Bluster. Talk, talk talk, giving the product away, they may have sales but I doubt we shall see £10m this year. China put into next year. BT dead. Moving towards a merger with MSYS so Gerry and his buddies can take the cream. I sound like a de-ramper but I have too much invested in this share (the worst in my portfolio) for it to fail. Help!

Thanks Paulcon, I have no problem that you disagree but falling from 32p to 22p with no comment from DVRG is beyond a joke.

My messages, Muggins messages and Newuncle’s messages all deleted. To put something into perspective, I have a very large shareholding and could quite easily stand in for Mr 50k. I am not de-ramping, I want to see shareholder value and details of sales. Forum after forum where GB and his staff stand in front of an audience only seems to show “how wonderful we are”. DVRG need to get sales done, rather than give away gimmicks and jam tomorrow.

Slowly moving towards merger territory with MSYS. It will happen.

I read recently on this board that some shareholders have Warrants at 1p. According to the Website the Warrants are (as at 25th June 2021):
173,334 warrants with an exercise price of 15p until 5th January 2023, (issued 5th January 2018), and
1,890,502 warrants with an exercise price of 25.7868 until 15th September 2024 (issues 15th September 2020).
Can anyone tell me where the 1p warrants come from?

My thinking: get the share price down to 21 - 22. Have a 1 for 10 on MSYS. One for one take over of MSYS. Great deal for GB, his family and friends. Deny this one GB?

GB has gone into overdrive on Twitter. Trying hard to sell MSYS products and which is now showing a 14% fall in share price. He is giving away free lambskin test - can't he sell them. The CR JV is a long way from conclusion. Not much positivity to write home about. Come on GB let's have some positive news which result in income.

This is going to be a long haul back to the 30s never mind the 40s. If I buy today I would trade and reduce my average. But I have too many shares to invest more money in a share which appears to be going nowhere except down. Sitting at the table talking to the Chinese is one thing, getting a deal done is another. GB does the talk but where is the walk to results?

My wife made a cake, it looked superb so I suggested she sell it on the local cake stall. Not sold, because no one had approved it and it was overpriced. We now call the cake Avacta.

RD: “GB has stated that there are potentially sales across Europe and another continent (presume Asia)”. I could potentially go out with Scarlett Johnson but is it likely to happen. Unlikely, but I could be wrong.
