Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
The price was 12+ p last week and then a sell of shares at 8p to raise £2m. What would you do if you knew it was happening? If I was one of the privileged few to participate in the raise at 8p, I would short sell the share at 12p and make an immediate 50% profit. Immoral AIM.
Rookie, you are starting to understand my valuations given a few weeks ago, which is probably why you sold 25% of your holdings at these prices a few days ago.
Pearls, I see you are ramping again, you pushed SGI for all it was worth prior to an RNS and it has fallen by 15%. Anything above 27p is in your dreams.
Woodstock, before you start spouting rubbish you should check my posting record. I have had 360 posts over seven years and you have had over 6000 over two years. Assuming 1970 was the year you were born you will note that I started investing in PMO when you were two. I trade, have never shorted and in some stocks I am a long term holder. I trade in PMO, TLW and HUR. Forget liquidity, I do it for fun.
Rookie and Woodstock, thanks for your kind words. There is 10% difference between 5.5 and 6bn, so it is neither here nor there. I say 22 - 25 so to satisfy you I will increase it to 22 - 27p Hardly worth the effort. If you are right I am happy, if I am right I am still happy as I have such a low average price.
JS88, yes you are right but divide by 1.34 to get 24p.
Rookie, you spout 6bn with no back up figures. Have a look at the Chysoar balance sheet.
Rookie, since you ask - $5.5bn with a share price of 22 to 25. Not much margin here.
Rookie, at this price it values the new co at about $5.5bn. (5.45 % of 5.5bn = usd299/1.3 = £225)
Chrysaor is a private company. They will operate as such until the reverse takeover and as such will be able to distribute assets as it wishes. I doubt the company will be valued at more than 6bn so the uplift is possibly 10%. Ever since the deal was announced a month or so ago PIs have indicated a realistic price of 22-25. We are there so I intend to wait until the offer is formalised in December. Having said that I still hold a few shares, however, I am well in profit.
Sorry, thought he meant James Watt, steam engineer!
Thanks, sums you up, can't even spell.
There are some obnoxious posters on this board. They normally post 15 - 20 posts a day. Some can't even spell.
Woodstock, if you believe SK is now Fug you are delusional. Read SK's posts, there is no connection. SK was not well, the first thing he would say is 'sell the Cat'. I say RIP SK, and as a long term holder I believe I am right so please drop the subject.
AH, as a first time investor avoid the AIM market. It is a gamble and more often than not corrupt. If you want oil shares look at BP, but DYOR.
Mattwales and Gusto, check facts before posting, the value of PMO on reverse takeover will be over USD 6bn, although existing shareholders will be diluted. The final figures will be in the offer document due out in December.
