Shorteverthing, I totally agree with everything you have said. To a large extent it repeats what I have said about this Company and GB in particular. I do not post often but my posts in February and March are pertinent to the Company and especially GB’s mouthpiece T.Rat.

Stoater, read my comment on 18th March and that will tell you why this share is so bad.

Reading the RNS it seems that many posters are reading it though rose tinted glasses. The outlook is actually not very good.

The purchase of Glanaco is a good idea. However, why hasn’t the Company got £400k for the purchase? Has the £10m raised last July been fully used?

The Loan is horrific. With 1% compound interest and a 5% flat fee the borrowing is 18%+. If DVRG do not generate sufficient funds to repay the loan from month 7 then the lenders have the option of converting to shares, not at the 20p level but on a WVAP based on previous days pricing. On top of which the lenders have shed load of warrants.

This share will take a long time to see 20p and will no doubt be in single figures, probably before the end of the month. GB’s purchase is pocket money.

No one apart from Chris has any confidence in this share, even the rampers are disappearing. I sold 50,000 a short while ago, still quite a few to go. There are better opportunities in the market. China JV is dead, no sales in the USA, Labskin products overpriced, always potential in water testing but no good if you are not selling the product. Always jam tomorrow, nothing to bite into today. Deepverge may be renamed Deepsh.t.

RB40 have a look at the RNS of the 6th Jan, no doubt nothing will happen until the results of the testing has been announced after the Winter Olympics have finished.

Re MSYS, getting very near to a 100:1 consolidation then a 1:1 merge into DVRG.

Is there anyone left who has confidence in this share apart from GB. It has fallen another 8.4% since his pep talk yesterday.

I have been saying the same for the last month, this is down 25% in 28 days and nothing of any use from the Company (apart from a load of Twitter). Chesh, T.rat, Gidget - no need to reply as your are filtered!

Muggins (not sure which one). All the ‘Aptamer’ posts of the 24th have been removed including all those from T.Rat. However, mine also got included so to put the facts back on the board here was mine in response to T.Rat for which all I got was abuse. This can be removed as often as the Censor likes but will be reinstated the following day!

T.Rat, in reply to your 09.48 post here are my answers:

1. The turnover for 2021 was massaged with the inclusion of MSYS - FACT.
2. The £10m placing in June 2021 was at 30p when the price was 33p. I bet the investors thought that they were on a winner. I wonder how they feel now the price is under 20p? - FACT.
3. On the 28th April 2021 the Company quoted (in respect to their potential JV in China):
‘ On or before closing, the parties will negotiate, agree, and execute a number of definitive agreements for the Joint Venture which are expected to be signed by 30 June 2021 with the JV becoming operational by 1 September 2021. ’ - FACT
4. I would like to know what the income is from Labs-kin, since most of the product appears to have been given away. The product is so good that they have now employed influencers. - FACT.
5. We have been given no guidance for turnover for 2022 from the Company - FACT.
6. Exhibitions and Conferences cost money and to date they appear to have generated very little income. - FACT.
7. Water monitoring is great but who is going to buy a product which is telling them their source/discharge is polluted. - FACT.
8. The breathalyser and water monitoring on the cruise ships appears to have gone down the drain.- FACT.
I am underwater with this share as are a lot of holders, especially those who invested 10 months ago. I’ll hang on but expect to see some positive moves forward on income rather than blustering on Twitter. - FACT.

Rather than blustering like GB please disprove these facts.

I added that since GB reads this board perhaps he would like to answer some of the points. I see that we are down again.

Jackunion, Taiwan is not a NATO country but a NATO ally. To be in NATO the country must not be at war or potentially be at war with another country. If Russia attacks a NATO country then we have to act. I wonder if Russia remembers that when the Soviet Union broke up it left over 3000 nuclear missiles in Ukraine. Booooooom.

Robertsmith, wait for NATO to show that they are spineless then China will invade Taiwan and NATO will still do nothing. What price DVRG then?

T.Rat and Chesh have gone quiet, not a day for ramping. There could be another placing but no where near as good as June last year when there was a £10m placing at 30p was when the price was 33p. I wonder how they feel now the price is 17p? At the current rate of decline we could merge with MSYS on par in the next three months.
