As PP says, lassonde curve, early exploration are when the market caps can get way of themselves GGP reached £1.6b which is almost what it is now after acquiring Telfer.
Producing companies are usually easier to value by the market.
Exploration is usually judged on potential. And here there is a hell of a lot of that. Pepas, Apta, El Cedro, La Virginceta to name a few at Anza.
Then there’s El Pantano.
The lithium price is even starting to recover now, it could be back in a good position come the time exploration fires up in Nigeria.
It’s obvious here that a fair few Instis and knowledgable characters see this as having huge potential. If Eric Sprott taking a position is true, at 10.40p then it can only be deemed in a positive light at the current market cap. They’ll want bags returns.
Currently being bags up already is an excellent position to sit in, especially if your sat on a large holding.
A bag for Mr Sprott will be five bags for me. All good.
