Rick Rule stated that there are 2500 pm mining companies out there, of those maybe 200 are any good, of those 200 companies only about 10 will go into full production in time. I think of those 10 companies we are number one and close to production. SD intimated there are 20 million oz in Havieron, personally i think more like 50 million but thats my take. 30% of 20 million oz which is our take is alone a tier 1 company with much more to come and only a top team can prove up out position and thats what we have as Rick Rule states the management team is what dictates his investment in a mine not how much is underground. A bad team will not extract 1 oz from 20 million oz deposit. DM

Hi Dip, NCM has only 3 options, one is to try and remain independent as is and hope NMM give up, the 2nd is to increase the value of the company by buying other companies or merging with said so NCM comes too expensive especially if borrowed the monies to buy other companies, the other way is to sell off divisions of the company and give the loot to the SH making the company less attractive to buy. I like the 2nd option and buy out Havieren for 3 billion usd, think SD would go for that value then he can drill the hell out of Ernest Giles and other tenements leaving 1.5 to 2 billion as special Divi, Dream on. Agree SG, i wonder what SD real calculation for Havieron was at that time and now the present value. Telfer has no value as it stands as it only has ore for another 2 years with doing the cut back to the open pit and that cost over 140 million usd. The crux is getting the SP up to normal values ASAP which should be between 18p and 25p at this time then all options are on the table going forward. DM

My take on the rumblings of the BB is the following.
Sandeep calculated that the value of Havieron is 840 million USD based on our 5% assessment and do not forget that SD stated it was the low part of that assessment to ensure we were not too far from NCM calculation so a billion for Havieron and Telfer is about right seeing i value Telfer at 1 ozzie dollar as its been written off a long time ago.
Cross listing in Oz is good as far as i am concerned but a full listing for extra funds only at a much higher share value than now like 25 p and only at a premium.
I do not want consolidation as in most cases they fail, but if the resource is increasing and we are in production and found another ore body somewhere or bought out another producing miner then a 10 : 1 consolidation should be ok as the SP can only increase above the consolidation SP.
I wonder if Sandeep was pushed out as he was not in agreement to sell NCM seeing he spent so much time getting the company back to an even keel and set up for future profits. Don't forget NMM put in their first bid some time ago.
I know a lot of conjecture but enough to consider. DM

Last month SD said that he will be in London during March and talked about another town hall meeting, i wonder what will go on before his trip and so important for this THM as last month before NMM turned up there was nothing to discuss until August when the delayed MRE2 or 3 and DTM could be disclosed very interested and getting very close to real information. paid 2000 bps for my 1st million in 2017, hindsight is nice as i spent 50 grand for my next 5 million over 18 months should have spent the lot in 2017 for 25 million shares, but there again who is to know, had some sxx before they took off but sold out this was when they were looking for cobalt in China and then CO2 cave in USA sold then so good in the end seeing what happened near to my town Whitby. Not enough Chisler, need larger % to pay loans, pay divi, pay for drilling on other projects and bring on line if big enough ie CB states minimum 5 million oz deposits which will need lots of dosh. DM

Hi Culpepper, with the present GGP BOD with all their expertise i would think when this present adventure is over GGP must own at least 51% of the projects so we have control. Why have all these guys to play second fiddle to another company. For me, we have to own at least 70% of Havieron deposit, 100% Telfer and 100% of JV and our present 100% projects until something is found and hived off with royalty payments if deemed too small to manage. Quickest way to get to div.'s is to buy Telfer, start paying off loans and bring Havieron on line. Add ons is a find in other projects and of course find another load of gold at Telfer. DM

Hi Bamps. The Telfer hedge on gold production has to be taken into consideration for the length of the contact. If Telfer is sold the contract will remain even if the POG doubles. The upside on the hedge means that NCM has to make a lower value on Telfer if they put it up for sale and if NM take over NCM the hedge might just force them to sell on Telfer as well as Havieron and JVs. Just a thought. DM

Hi Bamps, don't forget that Telfer gold production is hedged to some degree, think about 300000 oz per year. This was to ensure the cost of extending mine life was covered. DM

Well i hope they get on with it before the POG increases, as i understand NM made an offer some time ago and the only thing we don't know is when and knowing when would tie up the ends of the unknown and everything will click together. DM

Hi RH another thing is that SD was very happy with the 5% outcome and a possible inclining as to where we are at this time. Might have cost us a larger amount of monies if the present scenario play out in GGP buying out the 70% of Havieron? DM

Thats what i said earlier, special divi. For me it is to keep our 30% of Havieron come what may as its the base to the company unless as SD said it would have to be a eye watering amount. Havieron is the key for Telfer and that's GGPs ace in the pack for who ever takes over NCM or even if NCM decides to stay independent our ace still holds and to appease NCM SH they might take a lump sum bid for Telfer/Havieron which for me is why we have a strong BOD and why they are there. Most probable SD has figured out the present situation and placed his bets a while ago hence BOD and banks in line. All we need is to get a good drill result in Black hills or Scallywag and we are off to the races win win as CB said. mmm wonder what he knows? DM

Hi MF, makes no difference as it will be FMV in both cases, i rather have a true present day value to increase the SP then try to fiddle around with the big boys. Full price FMV means we can go to the banks and other investors and make a very good case if the position changes and 70% of Havieron and Telfer become available. Better to be forthright upfront than to pxss around like NCM have been doing to try to get Havieron on the cheap. DM

Hi Bamps, take a look on UTube where there are many experts from many companies commenting on Newmont TO of Newcrest, its about 50% saying its a good deal while 50% saying its not. Barrick have stated no to a bid while one of the commentators is saying they could enter later on seeing how the play unfolds. Just enter Newmont takeover of Newcrest. DM

For me if a company wants to TO GGP to get at Havieron assets and JV then i hope SD hives off our other 100% owned tenements into another company ie GGP2 while accepting 2billion quid for Havieron and JVs. That would be interesting and a special DIVI of 20p, i could just about go for that scenario if we don't get to buy out NCM part of Havieron and Telfer. DM

Hi Tildo, Telfer is only worth 1 uds without Havieron as it will take many millions to decommission it after the ore runs out. Will not be a dilution for GGP as they will borrow the money, banks will be begging GGP to take their money and anyway GGP could sell 30% of Havieron to pay off the loan mmm buy havieron then offer one dollar for Telfer that's the way to do it.
