Thats what i said earlier, special divi. For me it is to keep our 30% of Havieron come what may as its the base to the company unless as SD said it would have to be a eye watering amount. Havieron is the key for Telfer and that's GGPs ace in the pack for who ever takes over NCM or even if NCM decides to stay independent our ace still holds and to appease NCM SH they might take a lump sum bid for Telfer/Havieron which for me is why we have a strong BOD and why they are there. Most probable SD has figured out the present situation and placed his bets a while ago hence BOD and banks in line. All we need is to get a good drill result in Black hills or Scallywag and we are off to the races win win as CB said. mmm wonder what he knows? DM

Hi MF, makes no difference as it will be FMV in both cases, i rather have a true present day value to increase the SP then try to fiddle around with the big boys. Full price FMV means we can go to the banks and other investors and make a very good case if the position changes and 70% of Havieron and Telfer become available. Better to be forthright upfront than to pxss around like NCM have been doing to try to get Havieron on the cheap. DM

Hi Bamps, take a look on UTube where there are many experts from many companies commenting on Newmont TO of Newcrest, its about 50% saying its a good deal while 50% saying its not. Barrick have stated no to a bid while one of the commentators is saying they could enter later on seeing how the play unfolds. Just enter Newmont takeover of Newcrest. DM

For me if a company wants to TO GGP to get at Havieron assets and JV then i hope SD hives off our other 100% owned tenements into another company ie GGP2 while accepting 2billion quid for Havieron and JVs. That would be interesting and a special DIVI of 20p, i could just about go for that scenario if we don't get to buy out NCM part of Havieron and Telfer. DM

Hi Tildo, Telfer is only worth 1 uds without Havieron as it will take many millions to decommission it after the ore runs out. Will not be a dilution for GGP as they will borrow the money, banks will be begging GGP to take their money and anyway GGP could sell 30% of Havieron to pay off the loan mmm buy havieron then offer one dollar for Telfer that's the way to do it. Hi MM, normally when a new manager takes over a company the 1st thing they do is open the closets to let the skeletons out from the previous management team so they don't get lumbered with bad news and of course if there is good news on the horizon they will promote it big time. Now as the lady is in temporary charge and wants the job i presume she will big up what GGP have and even if she doesn't get the job the cat is out of the bag and the new manager will have to continue to promote the good stuff. Hi Speedy, gold price will continue to be manipulated while the major banks issue paper gold ETFs. This is a giant Ponzi scheme which is the same as crypto no difference. They issue paper for money, they then invest that money for free knowing that they will not have to deliver physical gold so with about 250 oz paper gold to one physical oz of real gold you can see why they will continue with this scheme. Crypto is exactly the same nothing to back up the coins apart from the whales selling and buying to each other to control the price so they make money for themselves, was a 2 trillion dollar Ponzi scheme gone wrong and paper Gold/Silver ETF will go the same way. Hi Bamps, CO2 is removed from the syngas in a PSA leaving H2 as the product and the purge gas goes to the heater burning the residue CH4, CO is converted to CO2 and CO2 all goes up the stack via the steam generation system. I know its not green but until other methods are upgraded to produce the green H2 its all we have. H2 is the only way to go carbon free EV will not make it unless batteries are made from something in large supplies like salt, not enough cobalt, Nickle copper and silver to go carbon free at anytime. A big con trick as far as i am concerned. DM

to purify hydrogen down to ppb you need cryogenics to minus 180 deg c. H2 with this purity is used in silica production furnaces to produce microchips. Bamps, H2 from these plants only burn a small amount in the flare to maintain plant pressure, usually only a couple of kgs an hour if tuned correctly and the product purity is normally 99.999, as mentioned above you need cryogenics to get the purity down to ppb. Hi Bamps, Fortescue if i remember correctly has H2 plants running at Port Headland for some time. The H2 is used to reduce iron ore to iron pellets, These H2 plants are huge producing around 4.0 t of H2 per hour. The plants use nat gas as feed stock and main emission is CO2. H2 can be easily produced this way and piped to Telfer and later on switched to green H2.
I have started about 60 of these plants around the world since 1975, had much fun doing them. Ciao DM
