I would imagine it all interlinked like a big spider web... The Canadians wont want to give AEG a long license if there is any doubt they wont be cutting the logs and providing revenue/jobs. You imagine they'd want proof of off takes etc. So id imagine when the timber license comes (this week?) then you can take it for granted they have a number of off takes in place for coalswitch on long term contracts. Also the canadians wont be giving this vast license without being certain AEG have the required capital or investment to execute their plans so similarly, when the CTL arrives it'll be with a vast funding package All the ducks are in a row and this is the first "big" piece of news that will cascade the rest IMHO

Although with the new and highly controversial California tariffs on Utah Coal fired electricity, using CS to lower emissions will likely pay for itself.

The plant was due to be fully finished tomorrow but id guess theres always some tiny problems to iron out so i'll allow a bit of slippage. Next key milestone is CS to Hunter and then their burn test results and then what they decide to do after!
