So all we can see on the market is shares traded hands. 20mill for 2.4p. Which is highly strange on its own as even an aim PI could sell them higher than that. A broker has to execute at best and 2.4 was fully 0.5-1p below best. So...

What can we not see? We cant see off market CLN transfers. Were CLNs transferred to our largest shareholder who paid for them in shares at a price that could be immediately sold for profit. And a fair whack of them seem to have been smashed out immediately. All you can say for certain is that its not a plain 20mill sell for the worst price in 12months.

I think margin calls from AAOG played a part and probably 1-2 large holders bailing. Its illiquid so a lot of short sharp dumping crashes the SP. Id guess 3mill+ of un reported sells

Some platforms only need to print the one way transfer (i think)

Usual big paired trades are a transfer. 2% of company so may have crossed a TR1 threshold

Ive always thought of and did valuations of AEG based of thinking of it as a manufacturing company.
Its makes a product and sells it. You work out profit and put a PE on it and hey presto youve an Mcap.

What about if we consider AEG as a tech company?

The AEG tech is the CS and PS process. Its all patented. They sell and license the actual process as a tech. Suddenly you get into a whole other realm of values.

The selling is about done. Plenty of big sells and plenty of traders/short term folk/impatient have left. See how quickly it popped up with the sell pressure off. NF deal day will be explosive

even the value of NF forest on the balance sheet is worth way more than 13.5p and add in Alberta etc so balance sheet assets will be extraordinary soon.

All NF CS will be going to Poland to be combined with coal fines to make SuperFuel yes

Not forgetting that CoalSwitch is the only product that can use post forest fire wood and Beetle kill trees and turn them into a high value product.

The massive forest fire in Alberta can in part be cleared and used for Coalswitch as literally no one else can use it

In order for NF gov to give us the CTL, we have to demonstrate we have full off take agreements for all the CS we will produce for years to come. NF has been plagued with Pulp and Timber folk starting up then needing bailed out by the gov.

So... Who is buying hundreds of thousands into the millions tonnes of Coalswitch and Superfuel? They have to be big if its one entity. Poland gov? Large utility? Large store?

Im sure we will find out soon after the actual CTL arrives. It will provide brilliant revenue recognition for quite some time as well
