This is the last step before crown timber license which is needed for feedstock for the power station contracts! It’s a dig row of dominoes which is about to get tipped with the Itah demo

So to recap why i think we'll get to 30p+ in the not too distant future... The business is in 2 parts. Timberlands gets the feed stock for ABS to sell the CoalSwitch pellets. Timberlands is securing feedstock from all over the world. The two main deals will be the Metis deal in Alberta, previously calculated at $300mill and the x10 larger crown timber license in Newfoundland and Lab. Both are imminent and i believe the Metis may well be better than the previous one... Once AEG have the feedstock they make Coalswitch and sell if for $140-180/tonne. The first customer is Hunter power station in Utah, who use 4.5mill tonnes of Coal a year. If they blend 20% CS with 80% coal then thats 900k tonnes gaining revs of $126-162mill. 15% profit is $18.9-24mill. Thats one power station in one country AEG are working with a $20bill fund called Benefit Street Partners who will bankroll any number of Coalswitch plants anywhere in the world to meet demand. Say we get a contract for 4-5 power stations at just 20% coalswitch then we are looking at $100mill profits plus. If they want 100% coalswitch then its $400-500mill! PE of 10? lol Not hard to see how/why my very conservative initial target of 30p will be hit with confirmation that these milestones are happening.

From the R Spinks interviews he mentions a large fund that will bankroll any number of coalswitch plants. They’ve been worki g with them for a couple of years and doing extensive DD including touring Canada with them. There’s pics on Twitter. The fund are Benefit Street Partners. A $20bill fund, and arm Providence who have $50bill assets under management It’s a blank cheque to build whatever they need to take advantage of the market

We know AEG need feedstock but did we know how many streams of it are about to land?? 1) Crown timber license 2) Metis land in Alberta 3) coal fines in Poland 4) forest debris to prevent fires in Spain 5) salty whatever from Vancouver 6) palm oil world in Asia 7) beetle wood trees in Canada 8) hardwood across North America 9) TIMOs 10) Large sawmills My god they must need some amount of feed stock to supply the hundreds of millions in orders Richard Spinks couldn’t comment on!! £250mcap needs profits of £25mill or year roughly. If they are selling hundreds of millions of $ of Coalswitch then that’s easy to come by One big Coal fires power station uses 4.5mill tonnes of coal a year. 4500000 x $180 per tonne of CS is $810mill in revs!!!! ONE POWER STATION!!!

As to when we get to the lofty highs of 30P+ that depends on the news flow and how near term things are. It will speculate high, retrace then build again over a given timeframe. If the initial news is brilliant then i can see a spike to over 30p over the coming weeks to months.

Well if we guess and number crunch... Hunter power station in Utah, the Rocky Mountain power station that will be trialing Coalswitch, uses 4.5mill tonnes of coal a year. If they changed to 10/90 Coalswitch that would be around 450k tonnes of CoalSwitch a year. If AEG sell CS for $180/tonne then that would be revs of $81mill from that one plant alone. If its 20/80 then $162mill revs a year. Thats from one power station. The previous Metis deal was $300mill and i know/think that an enhanced deal is in the offing. Call it $300mill sure The Crown Forestry license is x10 the size of the metis deal. We can sell saw logs and make Coalswitch. You can bet we will be making lots of it The company announced that the initial 8 plants in Asia https://polaris.brighterir.com/public/active_energy_group/news/rns/story/xo6709x will produce 1.5mill tonnes of product = $240mill in revenues. There are surprises - maybe more power stations, plants, forestry licenses. You can see how the revs quickly stack up to $1bill and profits accordingly. 3.1p SP is �27.73mill so 30p is about �270mill. To use the usual PE of 10 model we'd need �27mill profit. Not hard to see them squeezing that from all those revenue streams? Granted it may take time but equally �50mill+ a yer profits isn't pie in the sky for Coalswitch working with 4-5 big Coal fired power stations etc.
