I have to admit that I did not see that coming after the recent deal at 0.4p ..

Did I miss something..? When was the talk of the placement?

I’ve trading account and also a SIPP with AJ Bell .. no complaints at all

If I was to make this issue binary, i.e. Callum -v- Omar (black or white)

Then I will side with Callum (and his experience as a exploration geologist)

As regards Omar .. I have seen his qualifications .. but my view and opinion has been based on what he says to the world

Additionally; I will always stand corrected - I treat everyday as a school day if there is something to be learned - my research on Omar did not reveal very much

If I have missed anything about Omar that is key .. I will be content to learn

Espen5 .. I'm invested here .. the main reason being the credentials of Callum Baxter among other things

my concern is that Omar spends time commenting on other AIM Co's (that end up going either up or down in price)

if he wishes to pump and / or comment on other AIM shares .. then he should do so BUT without the badge of CEO of GEO Exploration in his bio

there's nothing underhand here .. I want success and a return on my investment .. I merely find Omar (based on his approach) to be immature chancer imho

Callum Baxter is one of the reasons I am invested ..

his CV speaks volumes given he was Chief Technical Officer at Greatland Gold and with over 20 years of experience in the natural resources sector and played a key geological role in the discovery and exploration of the Havieron gold-copper deposit in WA .. plus of course he has skin in the game

I’ll be quite honest.. my initial thoughts of Omar was that he is a chancer .. I’ve not changed my view either ..

GEO (and previously when they were called Global Petroleum) first described Juno as IRGS / IOCG style in the publicly-available technical and corporate material (check their website and in RNS) and with their exploration geophysical modelling.

The mention of thermal alteration & sulphide mineralisation comes from historic Pasminco drilling (hole HD1) in the 1990s which GEO refer to in their website and also in their presentation material.

whilst GEO’s exploration model is clearly entrepreneurial: they are targeting a large, deep-seated IRGS system (with possibly IOCG-style features) analogously to Havieron / Telfer, based on geophysics + historic geology and hence references to what they have modelled as being similar to the Haverion find (used for comparison even though its a few hundred miles away)

Trace metals - because GEO describes Juno as IRGS/IOCG style and historic holes showed thermal alteration and sulphides, the trace elements that exploration teams usually test for and that commonly occur in these systems are:

Gold (Au) — primary target in IRGS

Copper (Cu) — IOCG / IRGS commonly host Cu mineralisation.

Silver (Ag) — commonly accompanies Au–Cu mineralisation.

Iron (Fe) / iron-oxide alteration — characteristic of IOCG systems (magnetic/gravity signature).

Lead (Pb), Zinc (Zn) — commonly present as by-products or in associated skarn/CRD mineralisation.

Arsenic (As), Antimony (Sb), Bismuth (Bi) — pathfinder elements often enriched around gold/copper systems.

Molybdenum (Mo), Tungsten (W), Tin (Sn) — can occur in skarn / intrusion-related environments.

Cobalt (Co), Nickel (Ni), Chromium (Cr) — possible depending on host lithology and mafic inputs (less certain, site dependent).

Rare Earth Elements (REEs) — not a primary target, but sometimes assayed depending on lab package.

A large spread on an AIM share usually means low liquidity, higher trading costs, more volatility and greater perceived risk.

I can understand why trades are subdued with such a large spread between Bid & Ask

It's about sharing our knowledge .. your post did made me think about it ..

I think if you look at GEO’s RNS for the Gorge Project (E08/3737) (21 Oct 2025) it says the opportunity was identified by GEO’s Technical Advisor, Callum Baxter and then goes on to summarise historical work in the licence area (work in the mid–late 1980s and again in the late 2000s). It lends itself toward showing Callum identified the licence for GEO prior to the acquisition but does not give a date for when he personally first knew the ground.

I'm thinking 2+2 = 4.1 (ish) .. but as an experienced exploration geologist his knowledge would be wide enough to have some knowledge
