Jonah are you being serious? You think there will be a delay in the circular and also that the a delay will knock Aminex hard but will have minimum effect here at Solo at the same time as asking the question which is the best option to be in. Surely if you really think that you have your own answer. Personally I think a delay would hit both shares a little but not too much because most believe it is going to happen very soon so nobody will want to be caught with pants around their ankles. Buying in at these current silly prices I think you'll do ok with either company tbh. The difference being that Aminex are have their share of costs paid for them as a rest of the farm-out Good luck whichever way you go

Well sales may be the wrong word but if you are here to make money from a rising sp you wouldn't be doing yourself any favours exaggerating negatives and vise versa if you were shorting the stock. I don't feel the problems we've had here are about being a ramper or deramping we have suffered over exaggeration from understandably angry people urged on by trolls on a mission. I accept everyone has their own strategy but lies and deceit is not something I'm happy with from where or whoever it comes. If I see a ramper blatantly lying I'll call them out just much as the other way round.

I remember reading earlier this year there are many against the dam in Tanzania including WWF and as well as the habitat and environmental damage, it is also because of the unreliability of rainfall, and experts felt it would not guarantee to produce all year round.

It is one of president Magufuli's pet projects though, so I think it likely to go ahead.

For CH1 If the farm-out fails to materialise we could still go ahead with CH1 but I believe that would be financially difficult at the point we are now.

The Farm-Out is stated to be contingent on that extension although I have a feeling it could be the Dev licence too. (Maybe all rolled into one?)

If I was going to commit $110m to a big exploration appraisal program I would like an assurance that I would be able to develop and bring the find out of the ground. I take it, that although CH1 is not contingent on the Dev licence, the further planned drills are seemingly classed as developing the field.

Otherwise, if the farm-out is only contingent on the exploration extension as it reads, then I would think they must be pretty confident as per the PSA mandate (as previously mentioned) that the Dev licence is a given in its own time.

Only they know I suppose.

Tarry behave! 17 working or 23 actual days it matters not, but the notice has to go out 16 days prior to the meeting which means 14th (Next Wednesday) is the absolute latest for the notice so that the EGM could take place Friday 30th.

To allow paperwork to be completed and published my guess would be for a meeting Wednesday 28th so I'm hoping for an announcement by Monday and now we just have to wait patiently and see

Well, within the PSA it stated that one of the criteria was to provide proof it had the wherewithal to carry out its plans and as many suspect we have been squeezed I believe it is because the government weren't convinced we had that.

The company know what the criteria are and the TPDC have just said the licence is being done within the mandated time-frame and that Aminex are fully aware of that. Now unless there's a smoke and mirrors conspiracy going on between all parties I just can't see why Jay would reiterate the end of November three times without expecting the approval to come through in time. He must know the strength of feeling here will put his neck on the chopping block if he doesn't meet the deadline whether it's his fault or not.

If it doesn't come through I will understand it is government delay but I will not be able to defend him reiterating a deadline without being sure he could achieve it. Hopefully he will come good. We will know very shortly, in the short order, imminently.

GL they have been meeting recently because a variety of new licences and extensions have been granted in the extraction industry during the last couple of weeks.

As I read it the minister has to approve within 90 days ONCE all the criteria are met which means if we meet their criteria then the minister HAS to follow the mandate and approve! This is why I have been so confident all along about the development licence being granted.

The issue for the 90 days I see, is that meeting all of the criteria is not a simple job because it is full of areas that the government in which can move the goal posts. Very much like planning permission here where it gets knocked back and you are advised to make changes so by the time those changes are made and satisfied there is then another 90 day period.

Once the application was put in they would have had to check over the situation as to where the pipeline was to be built do enviromental studies, who owns the land which the pipe crosses, etc and then make any adjustments req.

We only have to look at Horse Hill or the Fracking in Lancashire to see the processes they've gone through and it's frustrating but it's sadly a process we have to go through.

That's the way I see it anyway and that's why I don't constantly dig at the Bod.
