Dunder you are now shooting yourself in the foot. After over a year of arguing with me it was only Tuesday this week you finally admitted that it is the government that has control of this time line. Nothing has changed since then and nithing will change if it doesn't come today but as you said earlier it can still happen yet. Let's at least wait until the fat lady appears at 4.30 before you go off on one. If it doesn't come by then you can rightly complain they have let us down having given expections they were not able to control. Until then there is nothing to say

It's noticible those writing the above book, continually report on shorting and negative aspects have been in action here for a while. To write so much in a knowledgeable way takes an awful lot of time and research but to then say they wouldn't touch the share after spending so much time on it in recent months tells me a lot. This fellas last post is full of its and scares while in fact we are where we are for a genuine reason of cancelled orders from Apple. Imo Apple have become too big for their own boots and offer overpriced products in a market that has changed. Many as waking up to the clone phones for £150 & £5/month data deals to £60/month is no longer an attractive option. As has been said though the products created here go much further than mobile phone use and I firmly believe the company will turn around this set back.

Yesterday for postal and email Thursday for website publication deemed instant so falls within clear day rule. Pete feels different but I believe that RNS would be classed as a website instant publication. You takes your choice but 4.30 tomorrow is the absolute latest imo. Interesting... Uganda will pay Tanzania $12.20 for each barrel flowing through the pipeline.

With a capacity of transporting 216,000 barrels of crude oil per day that is going to produce some serious revenue to pay for that industrialisation program.

"We expect to see a massive flow of foreign direct investment in the country amid completion of the pipeline project," Tanzania Petroleum Development Corporation's advocate Goodluck Shirima said when he addressed the meeting yesterday.

Just how we see it I suppose but even I was right it a couple of days doesn't matter too much. I think the natives will get mighty restless after that.

I'm not disagreeing dunder but much of the technical stuff, as said, were done by hired hands as per PSA requirements.

The solicitor is there to oversee and ensure a watertight contract. I would suggest though not 100% sure, he would have gone over everything prior to making sure that the PSA was complied with.

In short we couldn't do anything without both

My experience on here reading investors complaints daily says they are no worse than others. Everyone is happy while things are blue but a half point drop is enough for the proverbial to hit the fan. When you laugh at solicitor the PSA is in fact a legal document. The technicals are a different proposition and that team would be those who prepare the information for the legal beagels to do their stuff. Surely mist of the technical stuff came with the IO consultant report and the CPR preparation. These were things in the PSA that were required and needed to be independently produced
