Expected has always been the term used and we have known for a long time that it is in the governments hands on the time schedule.

If it does slip then I won't blame the Bod for that because it is not in their hands but I wouldn't defend them on the fact they have reiterated that date on three occasions.

The TPDC said only last week the licence was being dealt with within the time scales mandated within the PSA and that Aminex know exactly what they are.

If those dates were outside their expected end November date then I would have hoped they would have let us know by now. Tomorrow for sure but Wednesday would be an absolute latest possible deadline imo.
