I have no argument that Zubairs are the biggest winners long term but it is me that I am interested in and on the basis I laid out, it is a fully justified view. I will see returns 2 to 5 years quicker which I am happy with. I'm not greedy! I'm 62 now and will be almost 64 when production comes so the higher profit you refer to is all well and good, but it will be no good to me when I'm too old to enjoy it or after I'm dead and gone. That being the case there would be no point in taking the risk.

I liken the Zubairs in this instance to a top class salesman. The better the salesman the faster the business grows

If we would be 3 years behind then we would actually be better off than your valuation and taking into account Jay telling us we would have to drill wait raise a few times for FFD then I feel based on the above it is much fairer deal than you and some others think.

My strong buy is for many reasons and has nothing to do with the government. I am looking at the long term picture and if the deal goes through today it is unlikely we would see these prices again if we dont go ahead on schedule then it may fall a little more but ultimately I feel it will go much higher and as you are holding you must believe the same. So the question is do you risk buying now or do you hope and promote the idea of getting a lower price. I say buy now for your low price may never come. You spread doom and gloom which appears to promote the idea of a lower price so please don't attempt to take the piss about happy claps while you behave in a contradictory way.

As for you blaming the Bod. No on this timing point you haven't but many others do

I have backed my strong buy signal with personal buys all the way down so I stand by my thoughts.

My agenda is clear and open! It is to make money from a company that rises in value through the profits it makes and the value it brings to the shareholders. I believe most of us are here for the same thing. If you truly are doing the same as your words seem to indicate, then we agree, but the difference is, you choose to hide it in doom, so it leaves me wondering what just who has the real agenda. Don't bother answering I have a ducks back!

Without a doubt in my mind they would BG. Once their industrialisation program gets into full swing they need to be sure of continuation of supply and the funding to ensure it would happen in their time scale. The TPDC are only interested in Tanzania. They don't care who owns or runs it, they just want someone who will fulfil their requirements.

It is entirely possible they have put a squeeze on us but then again those who were here waiting for the original GSA will know the length of time it took in the past so is this waiting is not unusual.

Having the TPDC announce at the weekend that the licence is being dealt with within the mandated time frame of the PSA is a confidence booster for me and regular readers know exactly where they can read that PSA.

Hopefully we will know by Monday at latest and if so, we can look forward to an EGM and a deal being done in November as "expected"

So Pete you think TPDC are deliberately strangling us to force a farm-out. You also made accusations at the AGM that inferred the Bod are corrupt in doing a deal with the Zubs. You infer the Bod are lying and withholding information and it's quite obvious you trust none of the three parties. Even if any, it can't be all over things but you seem to want to cover all negative bases which is odd. Then that old question comes up. Why are you still here recommending hold and sitting with millions of shares admitting to waiting to by more as you believe it will go lower? The answer is simple. You believe there is bloody good money to be made here and so if that is the case for you why don't you show it instead continually painting a black picture for everyone.
