How come, 3 months in to DA's reign and we still don't know how many options he has been granted? What exercise price, what terms, what incentives. Is this standard practice?

Someone needs to tell Italy about the UK method. Reduce testing by 70% and your cases will magically come down. Oh wait! Doing it Italy's way shows that the situation is still serious and doesn't mislead the population into letting their guard down. Italy can at least see their enemy, we appear to be fighting blind, well if you can call it fighting.

I read somewhere that only PCR tests are counted in the numbers. This would mean the asymptomatic positive LFT cases arn't included. If they are then only a fraction will be getting reported. Most people just can't be bothered. Government must think we were born yesterday if they think we believe the drop in cases resembles the actual infection rate within the community. The drop in cases certainly helps with their proposal to remove plan B measures. Which by the way did next to nothing. Hence the 220k cases per day (and the rest).

Work from home (most people who could were anyway)
Wearing masks (works if done properly, with proper masks)
Covid pass (not designed to reduce transmission, designed only to coerce unvaxxed to get jabbed)

Covid transmission is still significantly high in the community and unfortunately deaths won't peak for a few weeks yet.

The government is playing the 'lets live with covid' card way too soon imo.

Yesterday's hammer candlestick indicates an end to a downtrend. Apparently, a close above 290 will confirm the indication. Then we should see a strong move north. Albeit, it will be temporary as it is a traders set up. 5-20% and then back down with no news.

There you go. I've called it, need that close above 290. Let's see what happens.

Car insurance to the states as double during covid. Will I still hire a car. Damn sure I will. Which ever testing is employed you build into the cost of an holiday like they do everything else. Virgin Atlantic give you free on board drinks. Are they free? Not when you compare the cost of the ticket to the market. They also only come round twice with the drinks tray during the entire flight. I'm not saying testing will be about forever as I don't think it will but it's too soon to remove it completely. Even this year. VOC's will come and go for a few years yet and when they do Testing will follow. Just my opinion.

Is our contract in dispute due to service or due to how the contract was awarded. I believe service but thought the above article may prompt a discussion.

At the moment, LFT demand in the UK is driven by Travel (paid) and mass testing (free). When the free tests stop where do you see the demand coming from. Are people going to be expected to pay for a test to go to work? I don't think so. I'm not convinced there will be a huge amount of demand once free tests go. Correct me if I'm wrong

Looking at SourceBio's RNS log and their shareholders were pretty much in the same boat as us until today. Their previous RNS of any substance was back in September which was their H1 results. So it's not just us.

SourceBio set revenue guidance as 70% above FY20 which equates to approx £86m. They delivered £92m which was approx 7% higher than guidance. It is possible that ncyt could exceed guidance by a similar amount.

Looking at the revenue split that they provide you can see that they are pretty much a covid stock but probably have a bigger non covid business than we do.

Assuming their PAT is £19m based on what they've said then they are currently valued at 6 times PAT. Take off cash and they are a little over 4 times PAT.

Ncyt on the other hand excluding the one off DHSC adjustments make approx. £35m PAT which means we are currently valued at just under 6 times PAT. Take out the cash which I will assume is £100m and we're valued at just under 3 times PAT.

In a nutshell, we can make loads of profit in. FY21 and even FY22 but with a P/e ratio of less than 3 it won't make much difference to the mcap. We need to establish long term consistent earnings which will then justify a higher p/e, say 20. All we need to secure long term is £20m PAT and we would be valued at £400m or £5.63. We have £100m cash and a global market to make it happen.

A rather big difference between ncyt and SourceBio is the operating margin. We have 70%+. They have 43% based on their H1. This obviously means that to get our PAT target we don't need as much revenue as the likes of SourceBio which should allow us a bigger p/e ratio.

Unfortunately, SourceBio went with the approach of 'its too difficult to forecast Covid revenues for FY22' This is a huge no no imo. Basically what it says to the market is that should PCR testing fall away in FY22 then our revenues will drop dramatically back to pre covid levels. Investors invest based on future revenues not on past. If DA delivers something similar then, well we all know what happened last time.

If a new investor buys in today, they are doing so based on information that is almost 4 months old. Not acceptable.

If there genuinely has been nothing to disclose in the last 4 months then also not acceptable.

Also Chris, yes you have been trolling this share for a long time now and I am surprised that no matter how low she goes you always say it will go lower as if almost trying to pour salt into an open wound. UFO are firming up their projects which of course takes time which unfortunately plays to your agenda. There will come a point where the pieces fall into place and UFO begin to recognise their full potential. By then I suspect you'll be long gone. Enjoy the gloating whilst it lasts as it won't last forever. It's sad how some people find their joy but I'm more than comfortable with my long term hold.

Chris2, if it did have all of those the SP would already be 10x higher. We are invested here because we believe they will get most if not all of those in the next 12-24 months. Simple investing no. Speculate to accumulate and all that.

Let's see if the 280 support holds. With 10 more days if silence and 10 more days of negative sentiment then it will take something special to hold it imo. 250 next after and then 220.
