We have hardly heard from TF since he was appointed.

Late 5k buy from yesterday means there are no shares available online to buy. Could see a move soon.

Positive trading update from QTX, who may be interested in bidding for TST.

Just need a bit of volume and this could see a sharp move.

Yes, Davde. Any profit and cash in the bank should be deemed an exvellent result for 2020. I think they will achieve that.
Trading action seems to suggest someone is accumulating through small 5k buys. This has been ongoing for weeks. Very well managed.

The attempt by sone to ramp the share price today was an absolute disgrace. I have said it befire and will say it again - current shareholders are likely to be wiped out. Warning signs have been there for months, so today should not really come as a surprise.

Well, considering that SJL has publicly announced his intentions here, you would expect the company to at least comment on it, even if there is no formal requirement. Not a running story, but maintain a line of communication with shareholders.

If MMX have been served thr legal papers, they must inform the market. As Bakky says, it is up to the judge to decide the putcome.
Maybe, the new management has inherited some of the bad practices of TH such as keeping private shareholders in the dark.

Somehow, MMX always seem to encounter a problem when attempting to return money to shareholders (dividend, tender offer). Makes you wonder...

Reckon compensation to ICM holders will be in the region of around £5million.

The gap around 3.3p will need to be filled at some point.

The legal proceedings bring uncertainties and market does not like that. This is especially true for a company that had to sack its CEO and CFO due to irregularities in the book.

Buyback will be coming to an end at the end of the year anyways and there is the likelihood that it will be suspended to save money for any payouts and account for legal expenses. Tgr famous dividend and tender has already been suspended. There is also some medium term restructuring to be done with the TLDs, which may put further pressure on the share price.

Clearly, SJL is not going to let go.
