Two things probably holding it back:
There have been quite a few disappointments recently. A lot of false downs.
There is unlikely to be any news until April. They are not in the habit of announcing contract wins. Newsflow is limited, which is not ideal.

NT to buy online.
There is interest in the sector, as evidenced by the Signature Aviation takeover discussions.
Private equity keen to be involved.
Proper identity of Rozzi still unknown.

Reckon SJL will be a hindrance for any potential takeover discussions. He is a well known figure within the TLD community and as a potential acquirer, you wouldn't want him breathing on your back with potential litigations.
