PYX Resources: Achieving volume and diversification milestones. Watch the video here.
SJL is doing what he thinks is right.
The person responsible for share price destruction is sipping his Pina Calada with the *****es by the beach and laughing at the shsreholders.
Could buyback be suspended while legal proceedings are on-going? Mainly due to uncertainties around any potential payouts...
Regarding whether legal recourse is priced in, MMs won't miss an opportunity to gap it down.
SJL, would defendants be only MMX or sre you thinking of dragging our ex-CEO and ex-CFO into it as well?
Ah OK, thanks for the clarifs, SJL. So, just a matter of time before they confirm to market. Cheers.
Bakky, since company has been notified of legal proceedings, shareholders should have been informed. As to whether the matter get concluded or not within a court of law, that is a different matter.
Thanks SJL. If company have had formal notification from legal teams, you would have thought they would at least inform shareholders. Looks like back to old days if not disclosing information to shareholders.
PS Good luck, SJL. Keen to see the outcome.
SJL, one question - considering that MMX are not open to discussions, are you taking them to court or not?
I reckon if SJL had to take any legal action, he would have done it by now.

I guess gap down as soon as court proceedings confirmed. There is a gap around 3.3p that needs filling.
Whatever the agreement is, it will involve MMX giving away something to SJL and other ICM sellers, be it shares or money.
True, Bakky but it could be that they have been through that stage already without agreement.
MMX needs to issue an RNS, following SJL's posts from yesterday and today.
Now that it is public knowledge that SJL is comtemplating proceedings against what is perceived as wrongdoings, surely MMX has to notify the market. Guess they are just waiting for SJL to send the formal court papers. I would think MMX should still issue an RNS, now that there is credible information in the public domain that court proceedings are being evaluated, and legal advise is already being sought by Complainant.
Well, a bit too late for that, my friend YHAL.
MMs won't miss out on chance to mark it down 30% to 50% if court proceedings are confirmed.
SJL, besides MMX, surely you should also consider action against the person responsible at the time.
On a different note, i wonder whether MMX were anticipating the potential court action amd hence, decided to postpone the dividend, among other reasons.
TH probably enjoying reading these while sipping a non-alcoholic pina calada and enjoying the company of the *****es on the beach.
Bakky, guessing the settlement takes the form of shares to right the wrong. More sharesfor ICM sellers (i.e not only SJL)
How much settlement are you targetting, SJL? Just to get an idea on how much share price will drop, when proceedings are confirmed :)
