Cant really go much lower, expecting an uptick in the next few weeks, Bellway and Barratt both reporting good numbers and once the stamp duty kicks in, banks will have to start lowering the rates to get more business, Santander just offering 3.99% today..expect another rates war coming soon. BOE also probably start cutting sooner as economy is dire..
