Housing is cyclical just like the stock market, it will have ups and downs!
Bottom line is, massive pent up demand to own your own home in this country. That won’t go away.
Just like the lockdowns caused massive pent up demand and led to high inflation across the globe, same will happen in housing markets, albeit delayed for 12-18 months.
PSN is a robust company with several benefits over competitors.
Anyone that wants to make money surely sees beyond the end of their noses! Once the next housing boom starts (when interest rates start dropping) it’s too late to invest.
Personally, I have a lot invested in Shell and done extremely well, but I will be selling 50% of shell shares in my ISA and putting into PSN. It’s a no brainier. ??

Its weird that most of ODX venting is done via twitter, but most of NCYT is via this board...
I've never seen Nova post on this board, so why not use Twitter....? Much more likely to been seen by them, even though they won't bother responding to anything!
I remember Novacyt going through a mad period when they were tweeting every day about same day dispatch etc but cannot find the dates now. I remember because i thought it was strange at the time to have so much inventory around when 'apparent demand' was so high
The recent findings are very good news, suggesting immunity is much longer lasting than antibodies alone indicate.
This should be a good boost to antibody testing though until the T cell tests come along......I wonder who will develop them
I dont think a vaccine is necessarily a bad thing for COVID diagnostic stocks, in fact more likely to be the opposite in the shorter term. Antibody tests will need to be used hand in hand with vaccines to determine if the vaccine has initiated the correct antibody response. Also, antigen tests will still be required too, if you take a vaccine and then develop COVID symptoms later, you will still need a test to determine if you got COVID or just a normal flu etc....
Unfortunately, most investors probably do not understand this, so they lose confidence and sell shares when they see news of vaccines or therapeutics...

Looks like the 2 gene test could be a good move from NCYT
