I'm not invested here but starting to do some research, as it sounds very interesting and growing market.

Regarding the shares in issue, i see IPO of 68m shares, but now there are 270m. I couldn't see any fund raises/placings etc...

How did the other shares come about?

Was same situation at Omega Diagnostics and the placing failed, they had to sell off 2 other parts of the business to get the cash. No business here to sell off unfortunately.

Raises the idea that patients that have larger tumours/higher FAP tumours may be the ones showing the higher levels of side effects (although still much reduced vs standard Dox), and that hopefully, in P2, the patients will be earlier stage and show even lower side effects than in P1....?

Found a plot going back through some old presentations, showing a wide range of serum FAP concentrations have no correlation with the amount of cleaved doxorubicin.

Key finding: higher serum FAP activity is not associated with high plasma exposure of cleaved doxorubicin, suggesting that AVA6000 is not cleaved in the periphery.

This suggests that the dox found in the bloodstream is indeed a product of the cleavage in the direct TME, as one previous poster (can't remember who) had alluded to
