Risk of placing?!!! They’ve got 4/5 billions in cash haven’t they? Don’t think there’s a risk of placing. It is a nothing RNS and I don’t understand how or why a company such as Rolls Royce which is a FTSE 100 company would release such a thing. There are definitely games being played at senior levels in these times and clear manipulation. Look at Wirecard FFS!! Wasn’t invested there but how does that happen in this day and age!! Clowns that are meant to regulate and watch markets are probably still furloughed on triple pay!!! Very strange times. I bought in at 340 and was happy with that but will double down if we not a quick spike back up. GLA

Yes, as I said in a previous post, SP certainly being controlled by those with greater trading knowledge and power to move it than most of us as there has not been any direct fearful news (other than the recent cash raise) that will warrant dropping much below 45p imo. Need end of the month numbers and outlook to strike a positive note - even if only a small one at this time. Perhaps that’s what they’re doing - driving it lower now to buy ahead of the next update as it will be better than anticipated with DBX?

Just too much to fathom about AML, SP and global concerns at present. Can’t understand how SP could drop back down to pre Moers levels (as potentially suggested by other) other than pure sentiment in the short/medium term due to corona virus uptick in States but as already pointed out, dropping much faster than markets in general. My only concern will be the continuing disruption to the US/global economy recovery if the virus is not brought under control - FFS TRUMP, pull your finger out your behind and deal with it. All they had to do was wait a couple more weeks like the rest of us did but Donald Duck and his Toons couldn’t even do that! Move over, the guy is a clown

Agree, you do have to question why this continues to head in the opposite direction to pretty much everything else - worrying but as a LTH, I just hope the next RNS is a really positive one

Hi Havman. I will respond to your post but am no expert myself and too initially bought in at 86p. Then bought again at 67p before the new fund raise and then again at 49p. Be very careful of what people are saying on here. My personal opinion is that this SP is being completely controlled by anything other than general market directions. Directly related news (good or bad) is all that will shift this SP or manipulation by those with far superior trading expertise than the likes of you and I. I think the likes of Stroll and those around him are a big part of that and that they have a plan to make themselves lots of money through AML. I just hope us shareholders are brought along for the ride too.

As a LTH, Moers is a winner and the best at what he does. He would not be leaving AMG and putting all his success and reputation on the line unless he was very confident that he can further enhance his personal reputation and financial benefit by taking AML on to new heights. He, Stroll and everyone/thing else they’ll involve in achieving this is already mapped out in their minds. GLA

Good day so far WG :) I’ll be waiting in the wings to pick up any shares panic holders dispose of and add to my position here. It’s all about what’s going to be with AML, not what was or is. Expectations of numbers for Q2 are bad everywhere and is already priced in in my opinion. From August 1st, the party really begins :)

I cannot pretend to have shown anymore interest than watching the SP since REDT crashed. it has moved very positively recently and I will neither talk this up or down. I’m happy about the share price increase but will be even happier when there’s a real development regarding significant sales and revenue. GLA

Financial Results delayed? Probably because of the amounts the board are still drawing from the company. I’m down £10k on Motif after FDA rejection. Seen nothing since whatsoever other than pure speculation. I’m my eyes this is dead in the water and whatever is left may be sold on or it will just delist.

I can’t profess to knowing the ins and outs of Jaguar Land Rover over the last decade but on the surface, they appear to have enjoyed huge success so on that basis I see the appointment of the new CFO as another strong addition to the board. Onwards and Upwards

Just another salary at this time. Does anyone know the total percentage of shares owned by the board? That’s a big sign of what’s going on here. I remember reading recently that a couple of Directors bought about £50000 worth between them but that in itself is nothing unless they were adding. Again, waiting for any real solid positive news. I looked at the RNS and the update is small fry unfortunately. £1.1 mill in sales is a drop in the ocean but a positive at least. More of a concern - less than £6 million in cash reserves. This is anything but a cheap business and significant cash or funding will need to be in place for Invinity to have any chance of really pushing forward and making an impact in the market. Everything I’m reading now is exactly what was being touted as RedTs ‘great opportunity’ - the tech, the timing, big sales push, this opportunity, that opportunity and it got nowhere other than many shareholders losing money. I’m grateful for the ride as I was down 90% and no only 80% but I see nothing yet to warrant the rise other than pure speculation and hope. I will add a little again on any really solid positive news. GLA and thanks for your comments

I’ve been so detached from this since RedT plunged but hung on to what was left so can someone please bring me up to speed with any real specific news that has led to this present SP increase? Aware of the merger though.

Ultimately, future prices of AML SP are somewhat irrelevant as they will be what they’ll be. Fundamentally it’s all about your belief in the company and it’s prospects (and ones strategy). Personally, I think the DNA coming to AML with the new CEO and co is very very strong so ultimately, future success has a great chance here and I’m long AML

I’m in the same boat as you mjb. I invested 5k in RedT back in 2016 and whilst id live to add here, too sceptical until real news and positives are confirmed. GLA

Good to hear, thanks for sharing. I’ve been wondering why this has dropped a lot more than the markets have generally today. Could it be the delay to DBX though it’s been suggested that’s a very short delay so doesn’t really change the bigger picture or could it be fear of Covid returning - again unlikely as that would be market wide. I think it was a bit of a shakedown today playing on individual weakness/nerves as there were no big sells that I could see. Reason for the shake could’ve been that the SP has been stubbornly but positively hovering around mid 70s. Some mate buys may be the shakers collecting their bounty! Goes below 65, I’ll be adding another 5ks worth. GLA

If it does I’ll be buying more :)

May have needed the cash for something else and had bagged a nice profit. I’ll just be adding if there is a significant pull back but holding tight otherwise
