Conservative value pre FDA decision was 100p+ compared to market opportunity if memory serves me correctly. If sp were to rerate to 35-45p if approval is granted, the SP will have hardly increased and possibly decrease from the 40p+ it was before the recent FDA decision so that would be nonsense. One step at a time though but something is very amiss here given the P3 passes, expectation and collaboration with the FDA to recent decision.

I think this stinks to high heaven. Either the BOD are totally incompetent and did not submit relevant data to the FDA or the FDA are being controlled by dark forces. My understanding is that they’ve not failed or passed Iclaprim directly but seek further date re liver toxicity. This does not warrant an initial 85% collapse in the SP. The SP was much higher before P3 trials were concluded. I think this is being completely manipulated and can’t believe I’ve wasted 3 years getting to this point. I will hold and hope the BOD do not what they’re doing and can quickly fill the data void re liver toxicity to get Iclaprim approved

Couldn’t agree more and come on, we all know the world we live in - particularly the financial and political ones - bent as a nine pound note!

Seemed so positive leading up to today. I got in to Motif 3 years ago and only started investing then so am still learning! Unlike others who I feel for, I only had £10k invested here but that’s not pocket change either. What I don’t get is how it passed P3 trials yet this liver toxicity issue has thwarted approval now? Who conducted and ‘passed’ the drug at P3 trials? It just doesn’t make sense. I have s global tech fund and global equity fund I invested in at the same time as Motif and they’re up 100% and 60% respectively to date. Far less risk in such investments and still give good returns so wish I’d just put it all in those. I will hold here as no point selling at these levels and hope for positive news next. Ivy, would like your thoughts please as you’ve been so informative and pro Motif - what happened?

My feelings too and how dissappointing that RedT did not get one of their batteries into a home club of Arsenal’s status. Big opportunity missed as would’ve been great news that would’ve been seen by many

Absolutely Mikemine, a short step back to take 2 bigger steps forward. SP already moving back up nicely.

Once some of these orders become live projects and revenue is realised, SP should significantly start to move upwards - particularly if continued support of additional sales as reported recently.

This again is such good news and as I said before, there were still ifs and buts and people will always speculate but best to wait for and largely pay attention formal news. Been a long few years invested here but really hope and believe we’re turning a big corner now. GLA

There are still a lot of ifs and buts 13thmonkey and only time will tell but previously when there was a period of silence from REDT leading up to the volley of recent positive news, there were a lot of doom mongerers whilst inevitably, the team at REDT we’re getting on with business so let’s see what happens again but right now, the vibe is a positive one.

But that’s the point - REDT solution is technically superior and was always going to have to wait until market ready to adopt such a product. That time is just beginning now so now is when it has to significantly move forward which it will do with another placing. Oversubscribed last round at 5.9p but with recent and further positives and no debt, do not see an issue at all in securing further funds at a higher price than the last placing. What that will be I don’t know. Look at TESLA - huge debt so nothing unusual re fund raising or even occurring debt for growth but the company has kept debt free so in that respect it’s well managed

Read ok to me - infrastructure spending for Gen 3 manufacturing and staff up from 24 to 70 to ensure the foundations for business to be driven forward, all resulting in ability to execute which is evident from recent and multiple deals coming to the table. Revenues from completion of Gen 2 units to be realised by end of 2018.

I too had a little experience in gov framework contracts some years ago and found the timeframe in which a specific contract can be awarded can be quite quick or long so time will tell. Though I’m very positive REDT, I like to post balanced comments and as also said previously, a number of potential suppliers will always bid for individual contracts, coming down to who best satisfies the buyers main objectives.

As others already said, a company would not get approved on a government framework unless they had every intention of awarding a contract in the short, mid or near term. Nothing but good news coming in at the moment and contracts/revenue will soon follow

The last placing was 8p I think so was going to say I’d be very surprised if it dipped below given recent positive news but good to hear the tech charts are in buy territory

Def in correction territory given back to back positive RNS. Been beaten down due to no news for a number of months so hope this is now really turning a corner.

Exactly what we called for - Sales (regardless of size at this time) and significant customer. SP had been beaten down due to lack of such news but now we have real positive momentum. More please Scott and the team.
