Charles, I’ve got £18k invested in KWEB and it’s a no brainer for me as a LTH. I bought more at $28 which was pretty much the recent bottom and is recovering well now. SP Still got to double to hit 52 week high so plenty of room to continue the run up. I bought in to THG at 311p on the news of improved corporate governance and the ‘stranglehold’ of the majority shareholders’ golden shares on the company being removed. Loving DT, doubled up here in a matter of months and plenty more to come as a solid LTH. GLA

Hi all genuine LTH. I’ve been watching on the sidelines for the last few months as the board has gone very wonky! Looking at the 6 month charts, direction suggests that the low 1600’s may well be tested again and could happen this week. Crucial support at 1628 but if that is broken, the next level of support is the low 1400’s. I sold £30k’s worth at 1854p when the SP was pushed down into the 1700’s for the first time recently as I was over exposed here. Should the SP get back down into the 1600’s, I will buy more and will load up if it does go down into the 1400’s thereafter. Really don’t see it going below that and the only possibility of that happening is due to supply chain issues/inflation headwinds generally around the world. I’ve still got £15k averaged at 1200p tucked away and they won’t be touched as long term Aston still has a very promising future IMO. Just some short term volatility and uncertainty around the world generally to ride out but just good opportunity to take advantage of any meaningful pullbacks in the SP (if that happens). GLA

I bought in this morning at 311p on the news of the governance change regarding the golden shares. Hope to see this climb a lot higher in the short term and recover the SP somewhat

I’ve not added anymore here Happy but averaged around 270/80 but agree to pushing up a lot higher if and when we break through 360’s which appears imminent at this time! I did sell out of US Tech about 2 months ago but added to China tech at recent year lows as too much value to ignore IMO

Yes, if it breaks below 1600’s, next level of support is in the 1400’s but I think this is overdone already. I’m saying that, that’s so much uncertainty and volatility out there in general at the moment so anything possible

Same Frank and is why I haven’t posted for a long time. Market/Geo environment the only reason Aston SP is where it is right now but I fear support broken through the low 1700’s could take us down to low 1600’s in the short term. Just a great opportunity to buy more as I think Aston has a fantastic future IMHO. GLA

I have made many mistakes over the past couple of years by buying and selling shares in companies at the wrong time but it has made me a much better investor with regard to timing, patience and conviction in the sticks I now invest. Thankfully, in recent months I have bought a number of shares in several companies that are doing well, DT being my star with an average of 475 and no intention whatsoever of selling for years. I will add on any pullbacks of 20% + but not sure we’ll see many (if any) as I believe DT could become a global leader or at least partner to many mega cap firms. Of course there’ll be bumps along the way but the foundations, timing and market need globally in this sector are front and centre IMHO. GLA

According to a recent report by Bloomberg NEF, 18.5 tonnes of silver is required per gigawatt of power capacity from solar panels. The NEO (New Energy Outlook) report also highlights that by 2050, it is envisaged that approximately 25% of renewable energy will come from solar and 40% from wind. On those basis, I have bought into Fresnillo today as one of the worlds largest silver miners and BHP being the same for copper, given Wind requires nearly 3000 tonnes of copper per gigawatt and 150,000 tonnes of steel. As a long term investment, both of these companies should significantly benefit from the Green Revolution. GLA

I have made 4 purchases of DT SHARES and am averaged at 475. Not sold any, not going to sell any, just add more in any significant pull backs as this is a keeper and could give fantastic returns over the next 5,10,20 years!!! GLA

Me too Grottyface, unique DNA sequencing is its USP and again, a highly anticipated IPO and future for Oxford Nano - similarities to DT in those respects

Plus ML overhang? Will they want to go into FTSE100 before this is clearer? Regardless, this is a long term winner for me and could reward extremely well sooner rather than later as this sector is front and centre globally
