opec won't do a big cut. SA want trump to get re-elected so he needs a low(ish) oil price in 2019. SA want trump to get re-elected. i've seen the light :)

if you think Mrd selling VOD was a bad trade. what about me buying Thomas Cook (TCG) at 33p and 31p on Friday. i bought loads and it fell to 20p on Tuesday.. i doubled up but sold those too soon at 25p. SP hit 35p this morning. thats a gain of 75% in less than 2 days!! on no news from the company.. and i'm still down on those trades overall.

anything below 1.2m bpd cut would be viewed as bearish for the market. talk of a modest cut of 1m. Russia is the weakest link.

Russia is the problem. are they willing to cut more than 150k bpd?? 250k positive for a good opec deal. 150k and opec cut 1m bpd? market may think thats not enough.. 1.4m bpd max imo.
